Checked in this morning weight dropped down so feed up today.
Also been a training day had a really good session with more food. Got loads done today as well.
Been leaching posing as usual and getting clients check ins done as well as all the boring stuff like food shop etc

Happy Thursday,
It’s been rest day today so back onto normal food as being on higher food sun mon. Had a great day got loads done.
Been practicing my posing a lot to make sure that it’s spot on for the next show. Also had a sports massage this morning which was needed and I feel so much better for it as well.
Managed to get a lot of new client plans done today as well as getting all the house chores so I can have a relaxing weekend 🙂

Personal check in today with Kuba and same food as yesterday on rest day which I was shocked about but not going to complain. Plan is to bring me in fuller so higher food for a couple of days to fill me up then tighten again near the show.
Not long to go again!! Hopefully 3rd time lucky wanting a top placing but just got to keep ticking those boxes and doing the work.
Really happy with this prep. Had quite a chilled day today just walked with the dogs and done some client work as well as stuff for socials so busy day but productive

Evening so it’s been a busy day had work this morning early start at 5am till 1pm then did a couple of posing clients at work. This evening g I’ve been chilling out and also doing some client plans as I have had a couple of new sign ups. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks competing and going to Italy.
Normal food today no changes atm still getting rid of a bit of the weekend food that I had I didn’t overdo it but I always tend to hold onto water after a show.

So it was show day on the 12th!! Been manic few days. Placed 6th out of a very strong line up of girls.
My feedback from the show was the tweak some of my poses and come in not as lean which I’m super happy with and some g that I can work on for my next show which is in 4 weeks time in Milan!!
So excited to do it all again. I truly love this sport and everything that comes with it so can’t wait for it!!
