    Morning guys so this entry is for yesterday it wouldn’t post for some reason last night.

    Had an amazing g time in France the show was amazing a very hard group of ladies ended up placing 6th I am happy with that I got on the first call outs and I have all year I had a nice pizza last night and we make our way home tomorrow can’t wait to get back into the routine

    Finally in Italy yesterday was such a long day the flight was delayed so literally as soon as I got in I went straight to bed!!

    Todays plan of action – rested all day had a couple of naps and then registered this evening can’t wait to get on stage Sunday

    Evening guys, so normal rest day food for me today which is a little lower than usual but I haven’t been to hungry which was good I thought I’d be starving!

    Has an in person check in with Kuba he’s happy with condition a few posing tweaks again as I’m a lot fuller so can hit my front shot slightly different which I love!

    A week today until I fly!!!! Can’t bloody wait get me on that plane!

    Had nothing on today just nails and lashes for the final glow up. Then finished packing this evening.

    Evening, checked in as usual this morning on normal rest day food today. Weight was up from more food yesterday

    Had a busy day been starting to get everything done for this weekend. Brows today then I’ve been doing client plans, food shop for things to take to Italy and posing clients.

    This evening I’ve chilled trying to keep steps down as I struggle but I know that I need to rest to be on point for the weekend

    I would say that you need to get a bit leaner to be able to push calories up just yet. There isn’t a specific time frame for weight loss. If you haven’t got a stage time in mind I would take it steady losing weight around 2lbs a week

    Slowly add in cardio or drop food first to achieve this

    Todays food had an in person check in this morning with Kuba as well weight dropped to 125lbs from 128lbs so more food is needed to hold condition for the weekend

    Agree with these guys, reduce the load and concentrate on your form than add load slowly to get stronger

    Evening, been a busy day today!! Checked in this morning then took the dogs for a walk.

    Had in person client check ins this morning have someone competing tomorrow so I’m going over to watch the show which I can’t wait!!

    It’s been leg day as well today.

    Lying leg curl got taken out today so it was all the glutes

    In person check in this morning with Kuba more food again today!

    It’s been rest day as well so wasn’t expecting it at all. Had a very good day took the dogs out for a walk around the dam then got all my work done and managed to chill out so it’s been a great day

    More food today!!! Feeding up which is nice! Had an amazing day went to go ape this afternoon after taking the dogs on a walk this morning also had some posing clients as well then this evening we’ve just chilled and watched a film which was nice.
