More food for rest day today!! Had a good day got some work done and spent some time relaxing and getting work done. Here’s the food from today:

Slight food increase today ok rest day food. Weight was 125.3lbs this morning so not really budging anywhere but the look is exactly what we want seeing Kuba in the morning to see if there’s any more changes needed.

Evening guys so checked in this morning no changes as of yet just about 8 days till the France show this seems like it’s coming round so quick.
Been training day today had a very good session before having pt clients this afternoon as well as some 1-2-1 posing clients as well.
Made sure that this evening I just chilled along with doing my client check ins this morning and finishing them of in the afternoon as I don’t have many steps atm and I can do 10,000 just in the house so I know I need to learn to chill

Rest day today!! Been to a Spirtualist which was amazing and feel loads better. Love getting retuned before a show brings my energy down and keeps me relaxed.
Haven’t done much else today as I’ve been trying to keep my steps down as there only 10,000 and I do them in the house 😂
So only 1 dog walk today which I think the boys enjoyed it

Checked in with Kuba in person this morning he’s happy were we are and hopefully we can hold until the show. Not long to go now!! Can’t wait to get to France I’ve never been so looking forward to seeing what it’s like.

Well what a day!!! Been rubbish tbf been to get my car serviced to be told I couldn’t get insured because of my epilepsy so couldn’t get it serviced.
But then did go and do some posing clients which was lovely and had a good time then on the way home had a car crash. Car is still drivable but needs repairing just hope that it can be done before I head away. So I’m going to take today as a fail and go to bed 😂

Evening guys, so been on lower food for the past couple of days. It’s not to bad feeling the hunger but I know I only have 2 weeks left. Think this show will be my last of the year
Being in the line up with all of the top 5 these couple of times I definitely need wider Lats more glutes to be competitive in the top level pro leagues
Which isn’t an issue I want to get to the Olympia one day so hopefully being smart about it I’ll be able to do that

Evening. It’s been a rest day today! Been super busy with house stuff which I’m glad is now all done but it’s meant I’ve been that busy I haven’t felt the hunger today!!
Been doing PT sessions at the ultraflex gym this morning then did some photos of the new clothing this afternoon.
Managed to get everything done I needed to by 7pm so been relaxing since as I have gone over my steps as usual!

Back to plan today and thank god I’ve missed my meals Monday was lovely just doing protein and veg then going out for food but much prefer being on a plan than not really following it feels weird and I didn’t know what to do.
Checked in this morning obviously weight is up and water retention from the extra food but few days back on plan and that will be off.
Had my first glute session back I’ve missed training I had such a good session. Also had PT clients today as well as client check ins so it’s been a busy day but glad to be back home!
