Evening had a very good day been unwell over the weekend had some really bad migraines which have stopped me doing a lot but I don’t train over the weekend so it didn’t stop anything.
Felt so much better today though was able to go to the gym and train and be my normal self taking the dogs for a walk and getting loads of work done that I couldn’t do over the weekend no sessions have changed just food has slightly upped so will post this tomorrow

Evening checked in this morning now changes for the minute everything’s going really well and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s been rest day today so just done the accounts for work then chilled out for most of the day to make sure I didn’t go over my steps like I usually do.
Got a busy weekend with things on with family so made sure all food is in so I have time to pre everything

Training day today- so all upper body has no been taken out again 😅
So literally just glutes to train now which I love but would love to go to the gym more.
Had a very good day ended up training with a client then doing some posing round which I love doing got into the swing of things get to keep everything spot on during offseason.
Got loads done today and so pleased that I have more energy to do so can’t wait to see what I can do this offseason x

To add in I’d make sure your not tight in them areas as well getting a massage my help to loosen so they may work better

Evening so it’s been a busy day had client check ins this morning to do. Also checked in with Kuba as well weight is staying well and consistent so I’m happy I haven’t ballooned 😂
This offseason so far has been hard mentally for me I think because I’ve been so lean for so long I’m used to feeling a certain way but I know in a few weeks I’ll feel loads better and be able to continue pushing through.
Missing being on prep but I am enjoying the freedom a bit although I do stick to the same routine as it easier when in prep to keep things the same.
Had a lovely weekend with friends and family which is something I don’t do often in prep so I love to make the time when I can!!

Had a really nice day today but a busy one. Had a terrible migraine this morning so slept in to try and get rid of it. It worked!!
Managed to take the dogs out this morning then get all of my work done. Done the boring bits today cleaning and food shop etc. Also been shopping this evening which was nice having done that in a while. Also got a Nando’s while I was out but just plain chicken and veg was nice to not have to cook.
Bed early to night as I have a long day tomorrow with the girls so can’t wait

Evening so it’s been rest day today, hate rest days as I feel like I should be training but I know that I need to rest because I’m killing everywhere
Been a busy morning had some work to do, then took the dogs for a walk and met up with my mum for a coffee I do try to spend a lot more time with family when I’m not on prep as I have more time.

Today was the first time back at training after show day!! I was so excited as I’ve missed it so much!!
Loving the new food plan that I have and can’t wait to grow and be better for next year.
Had a busy day getting bits done for work and took the dogs on a nice walk has been nice not being as tired and actually have some energy

Wow where do these people come from. Moving house like Kuba said it literally going to kill him I doubt he has the energy to do this he needs to explain to her how much this means to him and if she doesn’t get it walk away go stay with a friend or family because it’s just going to get worse
