Evening guys, hope everyone had a good bonfire night it was a great weekend trained on Saturday then got told to rest Sunday mon and today which has been hard but I know it was something that I needed!
Feel loads better today can’t believe how different I feel compared to last week. Was falling asleep all the time and feel full of life today.
Managed to get loads of stuff done that I needed to and then actually rested as well with just a couple of dogs walks and chilling. Can’t wait to get back to training tomorrow x

Evening, happy November can’t believe it’s nearly Xmas!!
Rest day today been a very chilled day and spent time with some family. Nan isn’t very well so been to see her in hospital and going again on Sunday. Had some lovely walks with the boys to clear the air then a lovely massage of my mum to try and relax my legs and glutes are their constantly aching atm but there meant to!! Haha

Been a total rest day for me today had no work to do and all the jobs were done in the house so for once I did some learning and watched some films had such a nice chilled day.
Went for a massage this morning which was needed then took dogs for a walk then chilled.
Done a podcast this evening as well which was nice as I love talking about Bodybuilding subjects as my friends aren’t into it.

Evening had a busy Sunday, had the gym this morning along with a dog walk before legs are absolutely dead now can’t wait to get up to bed I know there going to kill tomorrow
Weight went up on banded rdls which I’m so pleased about as I’ve been struggling to get them bigger but still keep good form.
This afternoon I did the food shop and cleaned the house so that I’m all set up for a busy week next week. Can’t wait to see what I can do this offseason things are going well and hopefully I’m 100% different next year

Checked in this morning this offseason is going really well weights not up loads I’m about 4lbs above stage weight atm and loving the energy and strength that I’m having in the gym.
Had such a good session today always glutes which that will be until the near future 😂
Also had a massage this afternoon been trying to get one twice a week to keep my legs fresh to be able to train more often.

Evening been a busy day today! Had loads of work to do but it’s been rest day so I’ve had more time.
Realised I had a hair appointment this afternoon which I totally forgot about 😅 but managed to get there and do some work while I was there so it didn’t stop me.
Done the food shop, house clean, ironing and client work this morning and taken the dogs for a walk as well so all jobs done today.

Been such a good day!!! Took the dogs for a walk this morning in the pouring rain then been doing some client work this morning and afternoon.

Evening so it’s been rest day today and check in as well weight is up to 132lbs after the food has been upped 3 weeks post show so far and I’m getting stronger in the gym and enjoying the relaxed food.
Loving being on a plan, I have found this offseason the hardest so far not sure why but I’ve kept to diet and just keeping going taking everything daily so I don’t overwhelm myself
