Checked in this morning no changes foods only just increased the food is going in nicely I’m full but I’m glad that I still have an appetite, just need to continue this now for a few more months before prep starts.
Still unsure when I will be starting but need to make some changes before I get into it.

Happy Wednesday!!! Been a busy day today had client check ins this morning along with a few bits to do in the house
Been to the hospital today for routine check up with my epilepsy which went well been good lately no seizures and feel a lot more in control.
Had a good training session as well this evening wasn’t too busy on the legs section feels like no one ever does legs.
Check in tomorrow morning food increase has been good a lot fuller and can’t wait to see the changes

Had a great weekend, went to my nieces 1st bday which was great then took the dogs for a long walk with a friend in the morning.
Had a couple of posing clients as well this weekend and also managed to get in a massage as well! Checking in tomorrow morning everything is going very well so far

Training day today had such a good session ended up training somewhere different at my partners work gym which is great had everything I needed and your left alone as well when your training which is nice as I felt like I could just get on with it and not get distracted
Been doing client check ins most of the day then just a dog walk as usual everything feels back on track so very happy atm
Also got my new hearing aids which are amazing they connect to my phone and I can hear a lot more which I never knew how deaf I actually was 😂

Evening, been a busy day today checked in this morning everything is going really well so far feeling a lot better!
Still got a bit of a cold but it’s at least something that I can still train with. Foods going in nicely as well I’m starting to get my appetite back which I’m glad as good was getting hard to eat.

Happy Sunday!! Been a busy day, usual normal stuff the food shop for the week and cleaning them house!
Took the dogs for a long walk and then got some work done this afternoon. Also been to the cinema this evening so all in all had a very productive day 2024 is the year

Hope everyone’s had a good Saturday!! Been another training day for me. Starting to feel a lot better than I have done – still full of cold but training session today went well and I now have some upper body in there which is different and makes it feel new again.
Mainly done posing this morning then taking the dogs for a nice walk around the park – relaxing at home this evening with a film making sure all my food is getting in as my appetite has been rubbish lately but managing so far

Also add in some steps and maybe a touch of cardio to help

Hope everyone’s had a good Christmas and new year!!!
Evening, finally been able to go back to the gym I’ve been so ill for about 6 weeks with a chest infection flu then pneumonia which I’m now on antibiotics so I hope that it gets cleared up and I’m on the mend!
Had a good session today and also checked in body condition isn’t the best with not being g able to go to the gym and not having an appetite to be able to eat lost muscle and weight so feel like I’m starting from scratch again

Sorry for not posting for a while, I’ve been bed bound with flu it’s been absolutely horrible. Not fully gone just yet but feeling a lot better than I have done.
No training for 6 days has killed me especially when there’s progress to be made for prep which I know will be starting very soon!
Trained today but only did 1 working set and just lightly put my body through it so that I feel better for doing something

Rest day today, been a busy one had the hospital this morning which went well for once! Getting brand new hearing aids that are Bluetooth which connect to your phone which I think is amazing as I can listen to calls through them and actually hear people.
Other than that I’ve been doing my course work, online work and walking the dogs
Been to the cinema tonight went to go watch Wonka honestly best film I’ve seen all year absolutely loved it

Today had been a long day. Got up early to do a couple of PT clients then came home and just collapsed was so tired not sure why.
So I picked myself up and went to the gym but I wasn’t getting anything out of it so came home and took it as a rest day going to go tomorrow as I’ve had time to rest today and get my other bits done that was on my mind.
Nearly finished my online course so hopefully by next week I will be passed and then the practical is in the new year

Evening has been a great day!! Got absolutely loads done.
Been for a long walk with the dogs, then got organised with house clean, food shop and leg day today!
