Amazing, keep this up darling. Just be mindful with under eating. Especially if you’ve trained a big body part that day like Legs.

Need any help let me know ????

    It’s Rest day today!!

    Hallelujah ????

I’m aching all over, which is a good thing, (I suppose ????)

So I’ve worked this morning with clients doing sessions at my studio then booked in to have a myofascial release and blading which is brilliant for my mobility.

    Feeling very sleepy ????

But back to work till 8.30pm… No rest for the wicked

    Hi Jade!
Thank you for replying! I don’t do any cardio, but do 12-15k steps a day due to work. My current training is 2 upper body and 3 lower body days, spreading 20 sets for each muscle group weekly over those sessions ????

Congratulations over coming anorexia you must been proud!

I know it’s difficult but you will have to add more size of like other have said to get onto stage, your body shape is suited to bikini so I’d say a couple more months of solid building up food will do you well.

Do you have a cheat meal a week? Or always stay on a plan as I know your mind might play tricks on you.

You don’t need to be doing cardio, although with the amount of walking your doing you might want to up your food so your not in a deficit at all. As sometimes we don’t realise how much we actually burn of just walking.

What foods you eating from? X

    Hi Emma,

In bikini it completely depends on what federation you want to go into.

PCA – look for the overall look and they like girls very lean

2 Bros – look for more wellness, curves and focus mainly on glutes and hamstrings

Personally I’d say try and go in to a little offseason like Hilly said try and put on 2lbs a week with whole clean foods, so you may find your eating more than your are used to.

    How’s your training?
    What cardio do you do?

    Today was Check in Day!

    10 stone 7
    Same weight as last week.

Some slight changes to diet, I’ve changed this on my diet log, so take a look ☺️

There hasn’t been a massive drop in calories, I suppose slow and steady wins the race.

Still surprised with how much food I have!!

It’s also Pull Day for me

    Snatch DL x3 8-10/5-7/15+

    Hip thrusts x3 10-12/8-10/15+

    Paused Sumo Squats x3 8-10/10-12/20+

    Single arm row x2 10-12/15

    Prime pull down x3 8-10/10-12/15+

    Single arm (muscle round) x6x4

    Preacher machine curl x2 10-12/12/15

    Felt good today strong ????????

On a good note I feel like I’ve finally tackle Paused Sumo Squats as I was struggling to achieve the right depth!!

    #timeforshreads ????????

    Hi, Tobi

From my experience my calories haven’t ever been extremely high but I have recently finished an offseason where I have been on higher calories than I would normally have.

With the digestion side of things I find that
    20ml Apple cider vinegar
    5g Sodium Bicarbonate

Really helps me digest my food, I would also maybe look at trying to go for a walk after a heavy carb meal as I find this helps me digest my food a lot quicker than just sat down.

    I hope this helps ????

    Hi Guys,

This year is my First Pro Show EVER!

This Log will be the journey towards my first ever Bikini Pro show.

    And… It’s in America!!

I won my Pro Card in October 2019 at the Amateur Olympia in London.

Bodybuilding has really changed my life, I’ve come from being very seriously ill, having Epileptic seizures 7 times a day. Suffering from Tonic Clonic seizures and thinking I’d never be able to compete again!

To then being able to get my life back on track and do what I love the most… training and work hard to achieve goals! Then to top that off I won my pro card!

I have been with Kuba for over a year and have seen some amazing changes. Not only with my physic but overall health and well-being if found that keep a focus and consistency has really made a massive change to everything I do.

I know that the mindset is key to competing and general everyday life. I have learnt to grow that mindset and transfer it to many different situations.

Along side my own prep and training I also personal train and coach a wide variety of people both from my private studio and online. I help a wide range of individuals from your average Joe to competitive athletes.

I hope to share with you my experiences and journey for the first time going into a pro show. (Which is also a dream)

Any questions please feel free to ask…

    Prep has started

    The countdown has begun…

    18 weeks and counting ????????
