    Such an amazing day today, just finished filming Push session with Jay at Magic Eye Media.

    First time I’ve done anything like that before and I loved every minute of it, so happy to be given this opportunity.

    Look out for it on the video section ????

    Apart from training, it was Check in day, let’s see if anything changes diet wise I’ll keep you updated!

    I’ve been for a walk this morning, had a couple of personal training clients this morning then as you’ll soon realise I’m very OCD (I’ve cleaned my house again ????)

    On my way back home from ultraflex for my last meal I hen bed as I have a very very busy day tomorrow with clients.

    Hey, definitely check out the videos of the sessions, it will give you an amazing idea of how to plan!

    Also if you check out the logs we usually always put what our sessions are so take a look at a few and think what you want to work on and see which exercises will work for you ????

    Had a relaxing day today, did my 30min cardio this morning.

    Had to do the general life bits like food shop, clean house, paper work ????

    Had a few clients this evening, started walking the 20min journey home got all the way home, then realised I didn’t have my key, so had to walk 20mins back to work get my key and walk back home ????

    So a 20min journey took me an hour!! But at least I got my steps in, I’m so slack sometimes it surprises me how I’m still on this planet ????

    Hey ,

    I would increase the cardio like the guys have said, you’ve done a big drop in calories so I wouldn’t drop them anymore.

    I’d up the cardio to 30mins a day but not on leg days.

    See if anything shifts then if not only then should you slightly drop cals

    Very tuff leg session today…
    All I wanted to do was stop ✋

    I’m overly tired, which scares me as I tend to have seizures when I take things over board, but on a lighter note…

    I smashed legs went up on every exercise and managed another rep on leg press taking my 300kg press to 10reps ????even though it was hard I know that tough times don’t last, tough people do!

    Back to work after training, nice 20mins walk to work will hopefully will ease my legs off! ????

    Teaching Spin and LBT tonight at my studio, so let’s kill my clients of now I’m dead!

    Hi there @jade-kelsie
    Cardio is 30 mins of either stairmaster or elliptical x4/week.
    On off days I aim for 6,000 steps but I am increasing that to 8,000 from today.
    Weight training is an upper/lower approach with a lower volume set up. Strength is improving on a weekly basis at this point.
    No fat burning supplements etc being used

    My opinion I would be trying to be doing cardio at least x5/6 days a week but not on legs days (if poss) as you want all the energy in the tank for them days.

    Regarding your steps I’d try and get at least 9000 steps a day everyday and keep that consistent to see what changes.

    Hi,

    What activity are you doing at the moment?

    Eg: steps per day?
    Cardio?
    Weight training?

    By just reading what you have put in the short explanation definitely need to up your activity as you don’t want to reduce food if activity can be upped.

    Hi,

    What I would do is get a log book, so that you can document all exercises but then make sure that the exercise you use, you are using the same muscle (so similar exercise) when going to different gyms so that your are always targeting the muscle that your working on.

    That way you’ll get stronger in that area, like Clare said I’d use the same rep ranges and sets so that eventually you’ll have a programme that will fit to any gym.

    Check in day!

    Down by 2lbs, food didn’t change too much last week. Hopefully I’m on the right track.

    17 weeks to go, I’m so excited for this show it’s my absolute dream to be able to compete on a PRO stage and it’s unbelievable that I got my pro card last year, still feels like a dream.

    Going to train at Ultraflex Normanton today training Pull went up on:

    Hip thrusts – 190kg for 5Reps

    Having to change around my routine this week to fit in with filming on Thursday with Meg and Kamara!

    Had a very busy day with back to back personal training clients at my studio, need to remember to put in a break next time ????????

    So it’s been rest day today,
    Still making sure I’m still ticking all them boxes. Got my 30 minute cardio done this morning, then had 2 posing clients which are progressing so much to say they’ve never walked in heels before! ????

    Went for a walk this afternoon to get them steps in!! Met family and had a nice relaxing bath ???? (just love a hot bath)
    Amazing for recovery as well, always use Epsom salts as I find it helps ease my muscles.

    Check in day tomorrow, let’s see if any thing has changed ????????????????????????????????

    Yeah there both completely different looks.

    PCA – They look more for a harder look and focus not only on glutes but full body shape.

    2 bros – a lot more feminine, more of a rounder fuller shape, with the focus on glutes and hamstrings.

    Me personally if you haven’t competed before is to try PCA to get a feel for it if you want to compete soon. Then go onto 2 bros, as you’ll need more shape for that fed.

    Hello! Thankyou, I 100% agree I’ve been in recovery for 2-3 years now as in the past when I’ve been in hospital and they aim to gain weight rapidly I always relapsed! But in the same sense I want to be a healthy weight, muscular and look better as soon as possible because I hate being so thin! Thank you again x

    You know what works for you, just make sure as Meg said your 100% in the right head space to start competing.

    Louis is right I think you’ll be able to push your calories up a bit, to be able to push a little hard when training as well. But just do it slowly and the changes will all come I promise

    Training Day…

    My favourite day of the week but most certainly the hardest.

    It’s leg day!!
    Let’s try and hit some PBS

    Sessions today is:

    Seated leg curl x3x10-12/8-10

    Single leg press x3x10-12/8-10

    Pendulum Squat x2 7-9/12-15

    Spilt squats x2 10-12/15+

    Leg extension (triple drop set)

    Lying DB Ham curl x2 10-12/15+

    Reverse hyper x2 10-12/8-10

    Calves x2

    All weights have gone up, really pleased with the session. Food is down but strength is on the rise.

    Trained on my own today, sometimes I find you just need that 1-2-1 head space to really focus. I find it easier to get my head in the zone for some reason. But I think I may have resting bitch face ????

    Looking forward to rest day tomorrow ????

    Hi Charlie,

    Wearing baggier clothes will help with acne.

    But it might be good looking into what washing powder you are using, as if you have sensitive skin certain products like, fairy, persil have a lot of perfume in there products that will irritate your skin more??

    Also to help with acne it’s advisable to have a full body scrub at least once a week so that you can get rid of your dead skin cells.
