I completely agree with Joe if it causing a lot of pain because of one exercise and you can’t get the benefits from say your push day because your elbow kills, there’s loads of other exercises that you can do.
But have to tried a sport massage to see where the problem stems from? ASI do find myself I get elbow pain but that’s because I have a lot of tightness in my shoulders

Think the world has gone completely mad!!
Struggling to get some food from the supermarket especially toilet roll!!
But life carry’s on for the time being, still sticking to prep as I want to make sure I’m ready for my show in July!
It was Push day today, went really well staying strong ????????Food didn’t get dropped after check in day yesterday everything is still the same and Kuba is happy and everything is on track!

Check in day, really please my weight seems to be shifting!!
Lost 2lbs this week and food is still high, which is great!I still have loads of energy and weights are going up on some exercises but stuck on a few, so I went down on the compound ones like Deadlifts and Hip thrusts today just to try and back off and build back up weight again.
I know this works with me as sometimes it’s just my mind that plays tricks on me and I can actually do the weight, but my body doesn’t work!
I love prep it makes me feel alive and I love knowing that I have done everything I can to become better!!
Still need to get my steps in today but I’ll will be walking after my last meal as I feel it helps digest my food so I can sleep better.
Got a procedure on Wednesday to stop my headaches so hopefully it works! ????????????????????????_________________________________________

I do prefer doing it on a morning fasted as I feel it wakes me up. I wouldn’t put it near training as if you do it before you’ll be tired for the weight session and afterwards you should be shattered so wouldn’t be much benefit.

It’s been rest day today… I made sure I did rest today my legs are totally dead ????
Made sure I did my cardio and got my steps in this morning, I’ve forgotten how much they kill! But for some reason I enjoy it.
My client Cat, Won 2 classes at 2 Bros Manchester today, I was so proud of her she did me proud!! Can’t wait to see what else she achieves this year, feel like a proud mum!!
Apart from that been pretty chilled check in day tomorrow so see if anything changes, as I’ve been trying not to weight myself unless it’s check in today as I got totally obsessed last year!! So it’s a learning curve!!

Today feels like the longest day ever!
Been very busy this morning with a new business venture with my personal training studio, hopefully moving to bigger premises which always seems to happen while I’m on prep!! But all fun…
Made sure I got most of my step in this morning, as it’s Leg Day so after that session I’m wiped out!!
Session went well, but I’ve had to bring my weights down a bit today and do a refresh to build back up, as I’m not achieving my target weight atm, which is very frustrating.
But I need to make sure I’m getting my rep ranges which is just as important atm with being on prep.
Looking at my posing in more detail now I’m starting to trim down, want to make sure everything is perfection by the time I step on stage in July ????

Hi, No I don’t think that it is essential like Dan said, being in a calories deficit will help make sure your burning of fat.
Need to make sure your food is clean and you then have to keep changing the variables all the time if your body isn’t losing weight.

Rest day vibes today… totally needed it although I haven’t stopped today!
Got my 30mins on the stairmaster this morning done, gosh I do not miss that thing!!
I have totally forgotten how hard it is, but I know I’ll get used to it again soon, we’ll I hope so ????Had clients this morning for 6 hours then went back in at 4pm for one client, as I think everyone is using the Coronavirus as a get out of jail free card!!!! Mmmmm not on…
Got my 13,000 step in, my have got more in due to being everywhere today… but sitting down now to last meal then chill in front of the TV with my feet up!

Personally, when you do prep you already tired as it is, then to add in a 20kg weighted vest I think you’ll become overly tired and won’t recover quick enough.
But it all depends on the variables whether your doing just walking as your cardio or how much you need to lost etc.

Trained Push Today, felt strong weights went up on all the exercises which is good! Headaches are still here but not as painful think the medication is working from the hospital… Hallelujah

I always measure uncooked weight but I have measured it afterwards to see what it weights when cooked so that I know when I cook in bulk it is the same weight.
Just so I can cook a lot at once without worrying whether I’m getting the right weight or not.

Pull session today, think I may have found my new favourite exercise, Snatch Grip RDLs really felt them and actually liked doing them!!
Trained at Ultraflex Normanton this afternoon, but did cardio and had a few clients this morning.
Got 2 massage clients tonight then food prep for tomorrow as I have a busy day with massages, clients and training.
Definitely think my hamstrings are going to kill in the morning ????
On another note think my parents are stuck in Spain as there shutting the boarders because of the Coronavirus… Oh dear ????

I agree with Clare, if your body weight isn’t changing then increase cardio. But make sure you track your steps as you want that to be consistent so you know your ticking all the boxes.
As your calories are low I’d say the last time you want to do atm is cut down calories.
