Leg day today!! It was hard going had to change a few exercise so that I could do everything not are my legs killing me now.
Here’s the session:
Lying Leg Curl – x3 8-10/10-12/15
Single leg press – x2 10-12/15
Banded Hack squats – x2 7-9/15
Spilt Squats x2 10-12
Leg extension x2 8-10/10-12
Lying DB Curl x2 10-12/15
Banded RDLs x2 10-12/15
Standing calves x2 10-12
Was a really hard session but definitely felt my legs working, had to go for a walk afterwards to finish my steps, but now I’m chilling in front of the tv for the rest of the evening.

I’m very lucky and I a small studio with everything I need, but I have been doing some home workouts for my clients and taking part on some I have really enjoyed it, just another type of exercise definitely felt it as well

Powerhouse have stopped taking orders I believe @jade-kelsie I’m happy on spending some money on things like dumbbells etc but a lot of the eBay stuff sellers are away or it’s shipped from China so I don’t think it would get to me because they’ve shut their docks. @clare I love not too far away from Birmingham but people that are selling plates, etc locally aren’t replying, which isn’t ideal. Thanks everyone
Try pinnacle fitness there in England and I know there still one there sell all sorts

Busy busy day again, got up and went for my fasted walk this morning.
My diet has changed slightly so will put it up on the diet section for you all to look at. ????
Went for a bike ride this afternoon to kill sometime and managed to get lost and was out for over 2 hours, I am teaching a class tonight over Zoom for my clients to try and keep them motivated.
I’m finding this prep quite easy as because of the isolation I can just concentrate on myself and the prep that I am doing, if it doesn’t go ahead that’s fine as I know I have given my all.

Check in day!!
Lost another 1lb so down to 10 stone this morning.Think my pictures are looking better I can see that my waist has gone in, ill see if there’s any changes later tonight from Kuba.
It was push session today it went really well, just had to adapt with using a bar for incline chest rather than using the machine but I suppose I’ll get strength in different areas!
Rest day tomorrow think I’m off for a bike ride to try and curb some time out of the day!

I’d always suggest having a coach as they can look at you in a different way to what you can, as you can doubt yourself when you are on prep.
But if your wanting to do it I’d make sure you have someone there who can tell you honestly how your looking and someone to help you keep on track

Pull session today at my gym, deadlifts felt really hard today but I’m guessing it’s because I’m in a different environment and I am getting leaner.
So excited to compete this year and I really hope I have improved in my legs to be able to hold my own on that PRO stage!
Need to finish my steps of so will be going for a nice long walk very soon… enjoying the isolation but I think 3 weeks might get to me and if it lasts longer than that I’m going to go insane!! ????
Check in day tomorrow so hopefully I’ll see the changes!

Today has been a rest day, I certainly feel like I’m on prep now.
Starting to get hungry but mainly on rest day as the carbs have decreased. I’m loving the progress and even if I don’t compete at least I know I have put in 100%
It’s training day today which I think keeps me sane, I have made a conscious effort today to rest as the past couple of days I’ve been very busy.
Still need to get quite a few steps in so I will be going on my daily walk tonight.

Hi Luke,
If you have been training for years and the PPL is working for you then I wouldn’t change your training, I’d only think about it if your lifts don’t progress but that might mean you need a rest not a change of programme

So I have had diet changes!
They have been updated on the diet section, carbs seem like there dropping. I have finally got but butter in my plan how I have missed that!!
Again making myself accountable today, wake up early didn’t have to do my cardio today because I was doing LEGS!!

If you can train then I would do what you can, I am lucky I have quite a lot of equipment at my studio so I’ve been going in and training as normal just having to adapt exercises.
But if you can’t train then knowledge is best so help your self know more about what you could do to help yourself when we all can go back to normal!!Jadekelsie

To say that it’s Lockdown I’ve never been so busy in my life!!
It was Check in day today I’m down 10.1 stone so I’ve lost 3lbs this week. Made sure I’m sticking to plan and training as normal just with a few adaptations.
It’s purple day today which is a Epilepsy day, because I have epilepsy I have done a sponsored Leg/Bums/Tums for my clients on Zoom!
I have raised about £300 which will go towards helping the charity helps people with epilepsy.
Training day tomorrow, Leg Day although I’m aching everywhere from LBT tonight!

I find when I add more veg with my meal I stay fuller for longer. Also I make sure I drink loads of water which keeps me full
