    Yes it should be counted as protein and they do contain calories.

    Check in day, same weight 9.13stone not shifting ????

    Did my cardio this morning with my posing practice afterwards. Started doing it after cardio so I’m already tired.

    Had a few online clients this morning before Pull sessions today,

    Deadlifts x3 8-10/10-12/15

    Good mornings x2 10-12/15

    BB Hip Thrusts x3 10-12/8-10/15

    Machine Row x2 10-12/15

    Lat pull down x3 8-10/10-12/15

    Chin ups banded x2 10-12

    Single arm muscle round x6x4

    Single arm preacher curls x2 12-15/20+

    Went really well had loads of energy to be able to complete the session, starting to get used to the lockdown feeling very positive.

    For some reason my rest days don’t actually exist I seem to make myself more busy than I should do…

    Cardio was done this morning, then I have 3 online clients which still feels weird doing personal training over a video call.

    Had a potter in my garden and potted some plants to make it look pretty, I had my evening virtual class tonight at 6.30pm which was FULL getting really popular which I’m happy that I’m keeping some people sane in this time!

    Check in and training day tomorrow my favourite days… so I will let you know what happens…

    So food was left the same for now, but I’m checking in every 3 days so hopefully everything starts coming in now.

    It was Leg day today, a really hard session all weights are still going up which is great since my food is lower.

    Leg session today:

    Lying leg curl x3 8-10/10-12/15+

    Leg press x3 10-12/8-10/15+

    Squats x2 10-12/15+

    Single leg press x2 10-12/15+

    Lying DB Curl x2 10-12/12-15

    Leg extension x2 8-10/10-12

    Banded DL x3 8-10/10-12/15+

    Standing calves x2 10-12

    Rest day tomorrow which is needed. Got quite a few clients in the morning so keeping myself busy.

    My weight have finally shifted ????????????????????????

    Down to 9.13 stone, so happy that it has finally started to progress. Definitely think that my body responds better to morning cardio like the stairs or stepper when trying to drop body fat!!

    Kuba was please with me today and we’re holding everything here atm and checking in every 3 days now.

    @megansylvester was amazing today and did a virtual posing session for me as I was flapping, it made such a difference and I can’t thank her enough.

    Other than that it’s been a rest day today, been for a small bike ride to get out in the sun and then went for a cheeky walk tonight to finish getting my steps in!

    Hi Becky,

    When I have a free meal what I do it try and have it on a leg day as usually you use more fuel to do that session, then I would eat my normal meals throughout the day and swap my last meal for a free meal. This is so I know I have had the most calories that day and the free meal is used to fuel my body back up after a hard session.

    Been so busy today!!

    In this lockdown I swear I’m more busy than when I’m working full time.

    Did my 30min cardio this morning on the stepper it was harder than I remembered so hopefully it will lose weight quicker than a fasted walk.

    It was push today,

    Lying lat machine raise x3 8-10/10-12/15+

    Bar shoulder press x2 x10-12/8-10

    DB Incline press x2 8-10/12-15

    Cuffed side raise x2 8-10/15+

    Cuffed front raise x2 10-12

    Dual tricep extension x2 8-10/15+

    Went really well was able to go up on all of my weights, it’s check in day tomorrow so hopefully the weight has started to shift!!

    If your prepared to train hard and try and do similar exercises that you can do at a gym or the same exercises using the same muscle groups then you should be able to keep the muscle there until the gyms reopen.

    Also it’s a mindset as well it will keep you active and if you can give the same concentration when using bands to training then you will feel the benefit

    Pull session today, managed to do most of it at my studio:

    Snatch grip RDLs x3 8-10/5-9/15+

    BB Hip thrusts x3 8-10/5-9/15+

    Sumo Deadlifts x2 8-10/15+

    E-Z Bar Row x2 8-10/10-12

    Single arm Pull down x3 8-10/10-12/15+

    Pull ups x2 10-12

    Single arm cable row x2 8-10/10-12

    Cable bicep Curls x2 8-10/15+

    Session went really well, all of the weights I went up on starting to get into the zone at my own studio. It was hard at first as I’m used to using machines, I’ve slightly pulled my neck today from the sumo deadlifts but hopefully it’s just a niggle.

    Dismantled my stepper from work and brought it home so that I can do my morning cardio on that as my weight hasn’t really been shifting a quick as Kuba wanted it to, so hopefully this will help as I normally use the stairmaster in prep but because of the gyms shut I can’t do this.

    Rest day again today, the lockdown is starting to hit me!

    I’m getting really bored and the only thing that is keeping me going it Training and my daily walks.

    I’m looking for things to do, as I can’t sit and watch tv as it bores me after a while and drives me mad!

    I will be doing a lot of posing practice today as I know this is an area that I need to improve, I get nervous doing it if I’m not on stage and can’t seem to get the confidence to do it at all!

    Friend of mine had quite a few before he got medication and has been ok since. Is there nothing that can stop you getting them? Or is it just reduce the number?

    My triggers are stress and fatigue so when I get like this then sometimes medication doesn’t control them which is really hard, I think with everything that is going on it’s hard to control

    So last night I had a really bad seizure and ended up in hospital.
    I had a Tonic Clonic seizure which basically means that I lose consciousness and fit. I never remember what is going on, my partner unfortunately had to do CPR (again) which has made my chest super sore!

    Yes I am ok thank you for asking. I’m used to the seizures now apart from being wiped out afterwards.
    It’s sometimes scary but I suppose it’s something I’ve got to put up with.
