I’d either place them later in the workout or begin with banded or assisted pull ups as warm up sets.

I’d probably do them in middle of the workout or warm the last up by doing some lat pull downs or lat contraction exercises

Yesterday’s check in went really well, we’re holding everything here for the moment in time. Posing practice 6 times a week to make sure everything is perfect.
There’s now 15 weeks out from my next show I’m so excited and I can’t wait to get back on stage.
Been rest day today and really have rested, done my cardio this morning and then my steps early afternoon so that I could sit and relax the rest of the evening.

As I booked everything as one holiday as such I won’t be able to get the money back for Vancouver if I don’t cancel Chicago as well which is rubbish. X

t was check in day, I am down another 1lb waiting to hear the feedback from Kuba to see if anything needs changes.
Push session went really well, most weights went up today and definitely feel my back from yesterday’s Pull session.
Taught my online class tonight in Zoom for my clients which is basically HIIT for half an hour, which I’m enjoying something a little bit different.

I was Suppose to be doing Chicago as well, but to be able to get the money back I’m going to have to cancel them both which is crappy, but there’s nothing we can do.
Yes spoken to Kuba talked things through, hopefully doing the British Show in August so I can still compete this year ????

Your activity isn’t as high, so I’d adjust your cals to fit what your burning unless you can up activity what steps you doing?

Yesterday evening I found out that my show in Vancouver has been cancelled because of Covid-19
I was really upset to find this out as it means that I won’t be able to go to America to do my first Pro show. There’s nothing I can do and I have to look at the positive aspects I have more time to prep.
So I haven’t decided yet what is happening but I will be competing this year for sure!!!
Regardless I stuck to plan today, did my cardio this morning and went through a Pull Session today.
Went really well and felt the changes in reps and sets, more of a burn and tiring in the ranges but I love a challenge.

Personally I wouldn’t have anything before a walk if it is fasted, if your trying to burn fat?
I’d do it purely fasted in a morning if possible.

So Kuba changed my diet last night, taken most of my carbs away so will put this up into the diet section.
It was rest day, decided not to do much and just have a complete rest apart from doing my cardio this morning and getting my steps in.
Which turned into a disaster look on my instagram, short version Adam for us lost so we had to climb over a fence and jump over a river which didn’t end well.
It was pretty funny though. ????

Check in day again, down 1lb so I am now 9.12 stone.
It was Leg day today, so I didn’t have to do cardio which I am so glad about as the leg session was tuff!
Today’s session was:
Lying leg curl x3 10-15
Single Leg Press x3 10-12/6-9/12-15
Banded hack squats x3 10-12/6-9/12-15
Split squats x3 10-15
Leg extension x3 10-15
Lying DB curl x3 10-15
Banded RDLs x3 10-12/6-9/12-15
Calves x3 10-15
As you can see my set and rep ranges have changed to add some more volume to try and drop a little more weight.

Rest day today, which I really needed. Still did my 35mins cardio this morning.
Had a couple of virtual PT clients this morning and then did bits at work, started to tidy and paint it while we can’t work there so that it looks nice when we can get back to normal.
Also been doing the garden this afternoon, then decided to be a girl and do my nails to feel a bit normal. Feet up and relax for the rest of the night as I have Leg day and check in day tomorrow.

So food has stayed the same but my cardio has been upped to 35mins fasted and 15,000 steps.
Feeling great today, tried the NEW JP stim and I absolutely love the taste and it doesn’t have the horrible come down that you get from most pre workouts.
It was Push today went really well weight is still going up rep ranges have changed today to make the most of the training.

X3 10-15Tried this today and felt the burn on the isolation and I can tell that my shoulders are going to kill tomorrow. I have a class to teach tonight but going to try and not do as much as I usually do as I’m really aching today!

Hi Dean,
I’d probably do a upper and lower split and maybe look for a bench online so you could do more chest stuff.
There loads of people selling equipment cheap as I think you’ll only need a bench and you’d be able to do most thingsJadekelsie
