    Push day today, weights are going really well when training being able to keep the weight up or make sure the reps are perfect. I’ll take a photo of the exercises and weight tomorrow.

    Finally been given my driver’s licence back after 3 years of not being able to drive because of my Epilepsy I can’t believe that I have finally got it back!!

    What makes it even better is my partner secretly got me insured on the car today so I’ve been able to drive around a bit to get used to it before the mad rush back to normal! So happy I cried can’t believe it at all.

    Apart from that went for a very long walk with my weighted vest on, it’s not as hard as I thought and I quite enjoyed the change. Let’s see if it makes any difference.

    Skipping is a good form of cardio, but on prep everything needs to be consistent so if you can skip for a good 20/30mins none stop Everytime you have to do cardio amazing but I’d trip over my feet if I even tried to skip ????

    My point is consistency is key

    Check in day today, so there has been no food changes but cardio have no been made interesting by adding a weighted vest of 5kg during my 15,000 steps of the day…

    We will see how that pans out as I’m guessing it will hurt a lot!! But no pain no gain.

    It was also a training day, trained Pull some slight difference to training as well I’m doing more focused flute and hamstrings on pull days now as that is the main focus on stage as a bikini girl. I am finding training tuff at the moment as everything seems so heavy but I love a challenge and I’m making sure that I’m keeping the weights up or at least sticking getting the rep range up.

    Need to go for my evening walk, with the vest ???? so hopefully it’s not too bad, just taught a LBT class on Zoom so my legs are wiped out.

    No rest for the wicked ????

    It totally depends where about a tour based and how much qualifications or extra courses you have done.

    I own a personal training studio and if I charged more than £50 I’d have no business but I live in Wakefield where there isn’t much money but I have level 4 quals and do extra courses all the time to keep up to date with everything.

    Rest day again today so I made the most of the sun, did my cardio this morning and sat out and sunbathed for the rest of the day.

    Had to do a few client plans and virtual personal training this morning and then finished of my steps with an hour walk in the park while it was still sunny.

    Check in say tomorrow so we will see if anything has changed!!

    Unfortunately I think gyms won’t be one of the first things to open, I’d say end of June if I’m honest think they will try not to open then until they have to.

    Leg day today, session and weights are in the photo I’ve added of my log book.

    Weight session went well, like I’ve said before I can tell I’m on prep now the weights are feeling heavier but I’m making sure that I stick to my weight or go up. I love the challenge.

    Had a brilliant day, getting used to the lockdown more and more. Taught my Full Body class in Zoom which went really well getting more and more people every week.

    Evening walk tonight with my partner I’m sad but I do like my evening walks no body is about and the park where we go is so lovely with the duck pond and bird sanctuary.

    Kubas right we need to see photos to see if a cut is needed. But I must admit stomach vacuuming has worked wonders on my core and helps me keep control more, I can tell more now when I have dieted down, that’s why pictures would be great ????????

    Sorry I didn’t post yesterday, it wasn’t loading for me…

    So it was check in day yesterday, Kuba is very happy with me we are on track and will be ready early hopefully which I love being at that stage because it’s an easy ride into stage.

    Didn’t do much today just the general cardio, cleaning and organising areas in the house that we neglect.

    Had quite a few virtual clients this morning which is going well and is very good to stay busy.

    Like what Lara said, depends what you are doing your cardio for.
    If your doing it to lean out and doing it fasted I don’t think that an intra is needed as it’s calories that you have to burn of.

    But like Lara said if your doing it for long periods of time and are using it for sustainability then I would suggest using it. Like you would do for a long weights session.

    So the lockdown is carrying on for another 3 weeks I do hope that it all becomes normal soon. I know I am very lucky still being able to train so I am staying positive.

    Push session today

    Cable side raises x3 x10-15

    Bar Shoulder Press x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Incline DB Press x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Dips x3 x10-15

    DB Single Lateral Raise x3 x10-15

    Cable upright row x3 x10-15

    Single arm push down x3 x10-15

    Everything went well, I can tell I’m getting lighter as pressing is getting hard but I am determined not to let it stop me from keeping my weights up!

    Made sure I got my steps and then I’ve just relaxed the rest of the day, it’s check in day tomorrow so I hope that weight is coming of more I’m so ready to get on stage this year, this lockdown has made me realise how much I absolutely love this sport!!

    Pull session gone down today, weights have gone up and I really enjoyed it today!

    Deadlifts x3 10-12/6-9/12-15

    Hip Thrust x3 10-12/6-9/12-15

    Good mornings x3 x10-15

    Single arm cable row x3 10-12/6-9/12-15

    Underhand pull down x3 x10-15

    Chin ups x3 x10-15

    Single arm DB row x6x4

    Bicep curls cables x3x10-15

    Also have 5mins pre and post cardio which I did on the bike.
    Everything is going to plan atm just getting lean so when lockdown is over I can go straight into a show sooner rather than later.

    It’s worth giving it a go to see if you feel any different. However, if you are basing your decision after watching “game changers” I would do more research. That particular documentary is a piece of propaganda towards veganism and the experiments and evidence presented on there has since been picked apart by nutrition and scientific communities.
    I see positives from a vegan diet for sure but is it optimal without any meat present in an omnivores diet?
    It would be great if you gave it a go and you could let us know your feedback.

    I agree with Jimmy, if your basing it on Game changer think you need to do more research as that programme generally only used people who were highly achievable anyway in their field. Who had previously been on a meat diet but then changed to a Vegan one.

    It can work as I myself do have clients who are vegan but they do struggle with vitamins and food sources as it’s all veg, beens etc you have to be very adventurous in your cooking to have variety as well.

    Check in day today, I am now 11 weeks out… I’ve decided that if the Chicago show is still on in 6 weeks then I’m going to just book flights to be able to carrying on with the show!

    It’s been my dream to go to America and I really don’t want this to stop it, so I will continue to prep and if this one doesn’t happen then I have the British in 16 weeks so nothing lost!!

    Kuba is very happy with the progress so far and weight is continued to drop which is brilliant, everything is on point and I am really enjoying the process.

    Ha not done much today again done a complete rest day expect for steps and my cardio. Training day tomorrow which I can’t wait for as I love to train.

    Decided on a competition this year it will be 2nd August so 15 Weeks out, its also in Watford England so more chance of it going ahead I’m so excited!!

    Leg day today, I’m absolutely dead ????

    Lying Hamstring Curl x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Leg press x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Squats x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Single leg press x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Banded Leg Extension x3x10-15

    Lying DB Curl x3x10-15

    Banded RDLs x3 x10-12/6-9/12-15

    Calves x3 x10-15

    As you can see the rep ranges have all changed which makes the volume more than usual which is why I think I can’t feel my legs, but that’s a good thing I’ll ha e fun walking tomorrow.

    Other than that I’ve taught a class online with Zoom for my clients and made sure I did all of my steps.
