    Had such a good day today, this lockdown has brought me into a bit of a bubble where I feel like I’m a full time bodybuilder and I’m loving it.

    I’m finally concentrating on myself and people who I want to be associated with. Clients are on track and my prep is going really well, I’m loving every minute. I don’t know when I will be competing this year but I know that as soon as a show is announced I will be ready in a couple of weeks to be able to but that stage and that’s such an exciting feeling!

    Who knows what will happen and that’s the beauty of this sport, you live and learn!

    Also was push session, strength was great today that probably another reason why I’m happy as I hit 30kg finally on incline press as I’ve been staring at those baby’s for a while now.

    Had to add an extra class today for my clients so got up did my cardio then taught a core session, but at least I got my core workout done!

    It’s was also Pull session today, went well weight gone up. Got nearly all of my steps in just need to go for an extra walk tonight to get the last ones in.

    Really enjoying this prep, can just concentrate on Prep and nothing else. I do hope this doesn’t last too much longer though as I’m missing talk to different people. Didn’t think I would but definitely feels weird not seeing people.

    I find it very hard to read books with my dyslexia, so I tend to listen to videos on YouTube or I’m going through the educational series that Jordon has done atm which is helping me a lot and I’m finding it very interesting ????

    Certainly is great. I definitely recommend audible, 7.99 a month for a book, almost all the main titles on amazon, including very good bodybuilding related ones, 2 which I have attached, would highly recommend them as a books and in audio format. Audio books are great for cardio

    Had a really good day today, got loads of stuff done that I needed to. Setting up a website for online coaching and posing sessions so I have been adding in all of the information for it today!

    So glad it’s been rest day as I got loads done, helped out some clients today doing programme me and check ins and making sure that everyone is staying track.

    It was also check in again today, waiting on the response so will have to add that in tomorrow, but weight has dropped again now 9 stone 5lbs. Not sure when I am doing a show just yet but the plan is to get lean and nearly stage ready then maintain until a show comes up.

    t was Leg day today, so meant no cardio again ????

    Weights went really well managed to be able to go up on most of the compound lifts, but not it I feel it. When I get this far into prep I need to really switch my mind of when I train so that I can get the weights up.

    Apart from that, I’ve had online session again which are keeping me busy, been for a walk with my vest on this morning and about to just go out again to get the rest of my steps in so that I can get into my PJs and relax.

    Check in day tomorrow so hopefully there’s some changes, I definitely feel lighter.

    Check in again today, all is going well and I can’t wait to step on stage this year.

    Weight has stayed the same, Kuba has given me a complete rest day, so no steps or cardio which I was so happy about as my body was shattered.

    It’s Legs tomorrow as well so that will give me some energy to power through them! So today all I have done it sit on the sofa and had a full body massage, going to get a hit Epsom salt bath as well tonight to relax my muscles and bed early to try and get some good sleep in.

    Obviously if your on prep then I would not deviate from my diet.

    But as your not on prep I would have a day to enjoy yourself, but just don’t over do it. Just have what you enjoy and maybe some cake.

    Push session today, log book is on the photos at the bottom. Weights have gone up and I really enjoyed the session.

    The rest of the day, I’ve done my cardio this morning, Been for a few walks with the vest which has gone up in weight to 6.5kg. My traps are killing. So I’ve decided on rest day tomorrow I’m going to try persuade my partner to give me a massage!!

    Check in day tomorrow so I’ll update as what’s going on there. Kuba and I are hoping the shows go on soon but if not then I will keep in shape for a show so I am ready when one comes available.

    Check in today, I’m not checking in every other day. Not much change to weight now 9 stone 6.3 so only a slight change to weight.

    Still waiting on feedback so will post tomorrow, Pull session today and my deadlifts have now been changed for banded rack pulls so there’s more glute focus!

    Wow they work, my hamstrings and glutes are dead! Felt strong in my session today. Found myself today feeling like I’m in a bubble though at the moment not knowing what is happening is strange and making me uneasy, but I’ve just got to remember that everything happens for a reason and what will happen will be for the best.

    Still teaching my classes on a Tuesday which I really enjoy and this is keeping my clients on track as well as the virtual personal training which strangely enough I’m getting used to.

    I’d look at the scales and visuals so that not too much excess body fat is added when creeping up the calories. So that you know your adding decent tissue on not fat.

    So no changes were made after my check in yesterday but I’m now checking in every other day.

    Really happy with the changes that is happening, feeling great just tried as usual this into prep.

    Rest day today so all I had to do was a few online clients this morning and evening, my cardio of 35mins still and my 15k walk with the 5kg weight vest on. Now relaxing in the bath ready for training tomorrow!!

    Check in today!! Down to 9 stone 6.7 so in two days lose 2lbs. The weighted vest is definitely working!!

    I’ve been checking my heart rate when I’ve been walking with it on and I can’t believe the difference that it’s making. Usually I’m only on 85 BPM fast walking and with the weighted vest on my heart rate is getting up to 112/120 BPM!!

    Leg day as well today, all weights have gone up which I am happy about but it wasn’t easy having to keep my mind set on my goal of where I want to be this year and wanting to beat my conditioning from last year is really helping me through my sessions.

    Totally agree with Kuba, I do love to train on a morning and with the lockdown I must admit that I am finding training about 10am ish is perfect for me but I am making sure I am getting up early to do my cardio and have at least breakfast and pre workout so that I have enough energy to train otherwise I wouldn’t be able to progress in the way that is needed

    Been rest day today and luckily it was nice and hot, so I made sure that I did my cardio early this morning. Got most of my steps done as well with my weighted vest.

    Then I sat in the garden and sunbathed not bad thus lockdown lark!!

    Just going for another walk now with the weighted vest on to get the last of my steps think I have about 3k left which won’t take long, I can see the difference in walking using this as I feel the weight and walking faster is actually getting me out of breath so hopefully it will start making a change.
