Busy busy day!!!! Keep waking up at 5am as I’m hungry which is annoying but it’s usual for work as I don’t seem to be tired!!
Been to see kuba in person this morning we are nearly ready just a couple more days in this fat loss phase then I should be eating up after that which I’m excited about!!
Then met a client in the gym and did a glutes session had a really good session felt strong and happy during the session.
Then did some posing myself and did some posing for her after the session which was good feeling loads better with everything and I’m happy with how I’m looking for once

Evening so today has been a rest day I’m absolutely in bits from training g glutes yesterday so glad it has been rest.
Been and done a couple of PT clients at work this morning f and also checked in before with kuba seeing him in person tomorrow so will update and what’s been said.
It’s my clients check in days today so been going through that and also catching up on a bit of work that needed doing. 19 days till show can’t wait to be back on that stage again

Been another rest day today ended up getting up early as usual but managed to prep all my food for today as we went away to Whitby for the day with the dogs was lovely had a very good day got all of my steps in and enjoyed the seaside. When we got back we just chilled and I prepped my food for tomorrow for work.

Evening guys!! Had an amazing day been to see family which have been a long time as they love quite far away then went to play crazy golf this evening absolutely loved it still love trying to do things on prep just so you don’t feel like your missing out!! Can’t wait for bed though glad it’s been rest day

First day back on training day and I have enjoyed it but I have been more hungry today than usual 😂

Panata kickbackReally enjoyed it today weights actually went up and was really back in the zone. Also been at work this morning before then did a couple of posing clients and also did my posing afterwards can’t believe how close is it now feel likes it’s going so quick

In both prep and offseason I love my 6 meals offseason it helps to digest the amount of food I have and in prep it’s nice to know I have another meal coming up.

Evening so went to see kuba today in person and on rest still till Thursday but it was definitely needed I have been super tired and my body has been holding onto water because of it. Had a lovely day got all my jobs done and went to see my mum as it was her bday and spent some time with her. Other that just chilling and doing work then watching films to pass the day was nice to relax

Happy Monday I hope that everyone has had a good weekend!! Had a good day today but have been super tired but I do get like this about this time near show I’m about 4 weeks out now and it can’t come quick enough having a little doubt feels weird not doing cardio and not having much to do. But loving it.

Evening so checked in with kuba today in person and my training has now changed no more upper body!! 😒 but it’s needed as there a lot bigger and they don’t need to be so hopefully I start looking fuller in my legs plus I love having set days for training

Agree with Clare here don’t stress too much on holiday just be mindful of what your eating don’t over do the desserts and cocktails just eat protein rich foods and enjoy yourself
