Evening, it’s been rest day today! Had a very long day at work ended up going over my steps quite a lot so need to try and calm that down tomorrow as I have another long day.
After work I’ve just chilled and done some client work and prepped my food for tomorrow I’m absolutely shattered so of to bed! Checking in daily now only a week to go feels like it’s going so quick!

I think that’s a lot to lose in a short amount of time without losing muscle in the process I think you’d be best telling him this just so he knows it will be very difficult

Evening so my food has been upped today I’ll post this tomorrow as I’ve updated my phone and it’s now disappeared 😅
It’s been rest day today, had a posing client this morning then toon the dogs for a nice walk. Had a funeral to go to as well which was my first one not great but afterwards I went shopping and got the last bits for Benidorm going to get my cases down tomorrow and start packing as you lot know with all the extra sups you need to take it takes a while.
Chilled tonight bed soon as I have a busy day tomorrow as well!

Evening been another busy day for me!! Up at 4.30am to check in before work then worked till 2pm at the gym which was a busy shift!
This afternoon I’ve done the boring stuff of a food shop and taking dogs for a walk which was nice as it wasn’t raining!! Then went for my lashes doing starting the prep for the show which is next Sunday can’t wait to get on that plane and get into it all again!!!

Happy Tuesday!!! So checked in with kuba in person this morning nearly ready just a few more pounds to get perfect! Then we can feed up.
It has been a very busy day for me went to the gym early and did legs which was

Panata kickbackThen had a iv drip and treatment with FIKA which was needed feel loads better. Also had PT this afternoon then had a trip to the hairdressers to start getting show ready.
Between all this I’ve done online check ins for clients which is going well and happy with how everything is going

Like clare said ideally have pre at least 60mins after I usually have it between that time as I’m starving. You can use the sustain for your intra as that will add carbs if your having a long training session.

Evening so today’s my bday!!! Always on prep for it 😂 had a good day taken the dogs for a walk this morning as I’ve had today off. Then went to go ape which is an assault course in the trees

Happy Friday!!! Been a very longggg day but a very enjoyable one.
Had PT clients this morning at work then did some filming with Aaron for my website and a few training reels for my instagram which was good.

Evening guys, so today has been a rest day I’m now checking with weight daily as well as photos Tues fri sun. Weight this morning was 123lbs
Happy with how things are going, I do find rest days harder as I got a lot hungrier so just made sure I kept myself busy.
Had work this morning as well as a couple of hospital appointments which some weren’t that great so hopefully they can be sorted soon.
