Evening, had a lot on these past few weeks I’ve completely been getting my head down and just getting on with what I need to do.
I do feel like I’m struggling at the moment with training, I am loving my sessions but missing some elements that I do enjoy but I know that is what needs to be done to get right what I need this year.
Been doing a lot of studying which has been taken up a lot of my time so I have been quite but just doing what needs to be done to be able to do my best this year

Evening… busy day today!! Had a dog walk this morning then I went to go train upper body then had a PT client and a couple of posing clients.
Also started doing my aesthetics today so had a couple of clients at home this evening been a really good day. Check in tomorrow so we will see how that goes

Happy Valentine’s Day!! I hope that everyone’s had a good day!
It’s been rest day for me, I’ve just been catching up with some work and then took the dogs on a long walk this morning with Adam. Went for for lunch then I’ve just been practing posing and sorting things out for the rest of the week

Hanging leg raise 3 sets of 10-15
reverse pec dec prime : 3 sets of 12-15 setting 3 all sets
Dumbell side lateral: 3 sets of 10-15 reps micro pause at top
Machine side lateral: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Single arm seated cable pull down: 3 sets of 10-12 reps lat bias
Upper back biased pull down: 2 sets of 10-15
Glutes and hams 1
1. Booty builder hip thrust – 3 sets of 12-15 reps 2 second pause in shortened range
2. Banded at the hip Barbell rdl – micro pause at top and bottom : 2 sets of 8-10 reps 1 second pause in stretch
3. Dumbbell contralateral rear foot elevated split squat – 2 sets of 10-12, pause in stretch 1 second 4 second eccentrics
5. Pannata machine kick back – 3 sets of 12-15, 1 set of 15-20
6. Abductor machine, 2 sets of 8-10 reps 2 second pause in shortened range!
Glutes / hams 2
Side planks 2 sets of 60 seconds
1. glute mead kick back : 3 sets of 15-20
2. dumbbell RDL : 2 sets – 6-9,10-12 reps
3. Booty builder hip thrust – 3 sets 12-15: micro pause at top and bottom no momentum
4. Hip dominant squat smith – 2 secons pause in hole bias adductor and glute – 1 set 8-10, 1 sets 12-15
5. Pannata kick back : 2 sets of 12-15 reps micro pause at top and bottom super set leg raises
Glutes / hams 3

5. Contra lateral loaded split squat : 1 set of 10-12 reps dumbbell here and track the path with dbell, slight lean into each rep to get more hip flexion to bias you’re glutes
6. Pannata kick back : 2 sets of 12-15 reps micro pause at top and bottom super set leg raises

Had a very busy weekend, phone completely stopped working on Saturday which was very annoying has I have everything on there!!
Went out for a meal Saturday with my partner to celebrate valentines earlier than usual as we are both busy with work the next couple of weekends
Got a new training plan which I have started today, upper body is back on the plan so super excited to be able to see what difference it makes.

Evening… had such a good day today!! Happy Feb!!
Passed my level 4 aesthetics a&p so please with that I now have my assessment for my practical next weekend then I will be fully qualified I’ve been doing this for such a long time now and I can’t wait to be able to get started seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
It’s been rest day today so been doing bits in the house that needed to be done. Next week I need to repaint my spare room so I can use it as a salon space

I agree with Luan here I think that you need to be upping your protein amount – are you maintaining on this?

Happy Monday!!
Check in this morning no changes weight is up slightly food is all going in and no off plans either sticking to plan 100% don’t feel like I need one with the amount of food that I’m having atm.
Had such a good session today but just having a few issues with my back it’s very stiff and I was struggling to do rdls today had to do it without the band and go a little lighter but I’m getting a massage tomorrow so hopefully this helps.
Got my assessment through for my aesthetics course which is next week can’t wait to get qualified and be doing something a little different

Check in day today, no changes for the moment but everything is going very well! Can’t wait to start prep and see what changes I have made.
Today I’ve been for a couple of walks with the dogs and food shop etc.
Been out for food with Adam and a friend this evening just got back and watching a film then of to bed as we want to get of for the day tomorrow as it’s a rest day hopefully it’s not too windy

Single arm pull downSo glad to be able to do upper body again!! Missed it so much but definitely feeling it
Been looking at a spa today to be able to do a posing camp there with free use of the space after the camp so that will be so good to be able to use for my clients.
Who doesn’t love a spa treatment

Well I’ve completely mixed up the days today thought it was Sunday this morning from being at the open day of the new gym yesterday- it is incredible so if you haven’t been to the new tbjp shed gym you need to go there’s some amazing equipment in there and you’ll absolutely love it.
I’m checking in tomorrow as I forgot it was Monday but I still had a good training session trained a little later this evening which I actually enjoyed it wasn’t too busy and I trained with a client glutes are absolutely dead now just getting ready for bed as I’m very tired x
