    Exactly like rich said, if your training hard enough 110%, your recovery is not gonna be good enough to run upper/lower/upper.. jordan talks about this in a couple of his videos one from about 10 years ago and one from a phew years ago, your best bet would be upper/lower/rest repeat, or upper/rest/lower/rest repeat, if you do feel like you can do more after trying it out, you can add a bit more volume to your lagging areas.

    There more frequent you can inject the better imo but not everyone wants to be a pin cushion, the reason you want more frequent is due to stable blood serum levels, this in return helps mitigate potential side effects, that being said and done id personally go with a dosing of eod/3 days a week and see how side effects are and everything with bloodwork, and then go from there weather you got to lower the dose, go to more frequent dosing, or the potential of adding something like primo or mast to help counter sides as well

    Hard to say without actually seeing your bloods, we also don’t know your age, physique, diet, Accutane would be a last resort for me ad a way to get it under control, all that set a side 200 test 400 primo or mast would probably put you in a comfortable position and then go based off of bloods weather to taper up or down
