Exactly like rich said, if your training hard enough 110%, your recovery is not gonna be good enough to run upper/lower/upper.. jordan talks about this in a couple of his videos one from about 10 years ago and one from a phew years ago, your best bet would be upper/lower/rest repeat, or upper/rest/lower/rest repeat, if you do feel like you can do more after trying it out, you can add a bit more volume to your lagging areas.
