    The locking of Sas’s thread and his latest IG post would suggest they aren’t working together.

    I’d say if JP wants to say anything about he would but lots of people end partnerships or leave employers for varying reasons

    But I’ve lately also become a fan of ground rice – almost like a cream of rice

    Only thing I’ll vary is some food choices from rest days and training days.

    Higher fat fish and beef’s on rest days.
    More chicken and leaner minces on training days

    20mg EOD Has me cleared up up and prevents shoulder and back acne.
    Lips are chapped 24/7 though.

    Wouldn’t run orals whilst using unless heavy support like 1g of TUDCA was used

    I have hands down made more progress and enjoyed my training with PPL.
    I trained PPL before stumbling upon Jordan’s work and since adopting the workout rotations I’ve never loved training or really been hungry to progress like this.

    Do what you will enjoy and stick to because adherence is a massive component of results

    Thought I’d maybe read it wrong at first lol.

    Personally I find PPL to be a fantastic routine as an all rounder but you can always add in more work for weak areas and sacrifice a bit of work on others.
    Need more delt work just lower the chest volume and vice Versa

    Love the mini cut video Jordan.
    Been implementing one for most of October which will have me almost down 4kg and probably enough of a tidy up to kick things back up before years end.
    Strength has increased and only on a cruise dose also so I’ve found that it’s been a great thing to implement.

    Albeit I implemented prior to your video through the ideas of Mike Israetel but the points you touched on were the signs I was seeing.

    Digestion issues
    Lack of motivation to eat

    4 weeks will probably be my max time doing it as I went a bit aggressive and the food thoughts are there and I’ll slowly bring calories more consistent across all of my days

    I’m also in the camp of tightening on a cruise but not right away.
    Let the body stabilise a bit and then do a mini cut before blasting again.

    I simply chnage my intake on rest days whilst cleaning up so no added carb sources as that seems to work for me.
    Yeah it sucks at times but long haul progression in mind it’s a win win for me

    1 or 2 Scoop of whey isolate usually and pour that over my coco pops

    Sometimes I get fancy and make the protein into a sludge and mix coco pops through it

    My intra at the moment is all from Myprotein

    15g of EAA’s
    52g of HBCD ( 50g of carbs )
    5g of Cit Malate
    Seems to be a good amount for me and have had no issues with digestion.
    I’m not totally sold on glutamine but apparently the gut support that it can give is nice

    I guess it would be what you feel needs work more.

    For pull days I’ll have things such as deadlifts, rack pulls and barbell rows as my first exercise of each rotation.
    I find starting with the big taxing ones is beneficial as I’m able to load the most amount of weight when I am fresh.

    I tend to go from row movement to pull movement for 4-5 exercises and then finish off with some rear delt and bicep work.

    Leg day is very similar structure wise.
    Big movements first for me.
    Squats, Hacks and a 45degree leg press.
    I then tend to go into more hamstring work and finish with quad , calf and adductors
