I didn’t train 2 days prior my bloodwork and liverenzymes were still elevated

are liver enzymes the only thing to see elevated due to weight training a day or so before blood being drawn?

I am not overly fussed if the levels are slightly out of range.

    I will be getting

    Free and Total Testosterone
    E2 (Oestradiol)
    SHBG
    Liver Function (LFT)
    Kidney Function (UEC)
    Chol/TG/HDL/LDL
    Glucose
    Full Blood Count
    FSH/LH
    Prolactin

Wouldn’t that depend on the type of cardio being performed?

Gatorade powder ( dextrose ) is fine for me even up to 50g. Just use what doesn’t stress your digestion

Could also opt for a Pull Push Leg rest Upper Lower rest repeat.
I like that split when I want to hit legs twice per week

    Nicely planned split.
Will have a go at working on this.
    Might go with
    Pull , push , legs , rest , Push , pull + hams , rest.

New project for Luke seems to be a similar set up to what JP and co are doing here.

Hopefully Luke stays on board here and updates us

Hey James, I am having some shoulder mobility issues at the moment.
Could you post up your routine or even a video about shoulder mobility and what you’ve been doing in the mornings that help with it?

    Thanks mate

Johns been in the game for a long time so it’s one thing to consider that he’s probably tried and tested a lot of the methods we all think about and see online etc.
It’s apparent that how he has written his recent programs that putting those heavier compound movements 2nd or 3rd in your workout does inhibit the amount of load you can handle but it also is a safer to some lifters ( myself ) that may have some niggling injuries.

I also find that I feel the muscle more once it’s been worked a little bit prior to the compound move.

I do think that he chops and changes exercises a bit more than I would do if writing a plan myself but that would usually be for some of the “fluff work” or metabolite work
