MRI came back clear.
So with low FSH and LH but testosterone only borderline low what are my options for trying to kick start LH / FSH?
I will be getting a semen analysis next week and having bloods re drawn in three weeks as per my Endocrinologists orders.
He said he wouldn’t want to put me on TRT as he believes it is practically male contraception.
Not sure what my options are and if we’d medicating may be the best option.Hey how did you get on with this bro?[/quote]
Bloodwork came back surprisingly fine.
My FSH and LH were working fine and T levels whilst low weren’t low enough for the doctor to want to look into TRT.
I would have liked a second opinion because he sort of said my symptoms may just be because I was used to higher levels of Testosterone whilst using.
But I still don’t feel like a young male should so who knows…I sort of gave up after this and have regressed a lot physically.
I’d like to get my bloods re tested before decided to self medicate personally or just try and find a more supportive endo who isn’t bound by the ranges as much and open to actually asking how my levels are affecting me

Another shift worker here
12 hour days or nights each fortnight.
Same as others have mentioned and just treat my day’s the same but flipped around.
On days when starting at 7am I’ll train at 5am and on nights when starting at 7pm I train at 5pm.Before my dayshift workout the night before is usually a very carb heavy meal like oats and then I just start drinking my Intra when I wake up and finish usually 3/4 into my session.
I generally get one meal in prior to training on a nightshift day.
I like the layout from Craig above but I have zero energy to train at night personally so if I don’t get in at 5am I won’t get it done

So have you officially stopped working with Kaged now and exclusively with the Trainedbyjp supplement line also?
If so, what will be your go to now for protein powders? -

Isn’t cream of rice just ground rice which you can get from Waitrose for £1 for 500gNot sure why people are paying 8 times that buying it from supplement sites or amazon
Just checked the ingredient panel on one that I see people posting about non stop and it’s 98% rice flour anyway so…. they’re spending way over the top
White rice in a coffee grinder or a NutriBullet for a good while doesn’t turn out gritty for me
Ive heard grinding up jasmine rice makes the best ground rice.
However its so cheap in asda I see no point in doing this.

Do what suits your schedule best and that you will adhere to.

Set up and incline bench in front of a dual cable tower and chest support with D handles

They’ve actually decided to do an MRI just to check things out.

I went to my GP with my results and was surprised about the information I was able to talk about to him in regards to my concerns etc.
He has asked I see an endocrinologist to address the issues.
Also ordered a CT scan on the Pituitary just to rule any issues with tumours.
Is this a good step or am I just going to be spinning my wheels in doing so?
The GP said he would not prescribe any therapy
Deep down I have plans to use testosterone again so would that only be a waste of time if I go ahead and look to fix my imbalances now?
Sorry if I seem a bit all over that place but definitely want to address all outcomes and situations

Although LH is low, testes are still producing TT.

“When you feel like giving up, remember why you started in the first place”
Thanks for that Dean so it’s not really a bad place to be in?
Or is that still dependant of my goals?Hypothetically if my wife and I were looking to conceive would I need to bring my FSH and LH up?
Or would that still be dependant of a semen analysis ?
I plan on getting one of those this week just for reference also. -
Where are you getting your blood work done? Can anyone recommend a website/service they use or is it just a trip to the GP?
Have to go privately in AUS as the GP I see is not supportive.
It’s around $178 Australian Dollars.
