    I cringe when I hear guys focussed on stage weight because I’ve seen so many big guys beaten by bbers under 180lb for pro cards.

    Thankyou for your advice if I got beat by an amateur bodybuilder at 180lbs unless it’s Shaun Clarida version 2 then I would seriously have to go back to the drawing board.

    When my weight was 289lbs this morning I don’t think the weight I have stated is anything out of the ordinary to mention 5lbs more fullness is pretty tame but again Thankyou for your input Bud[/quote]

    It probably isn’t out of reach for you at all however I don’t see a point in putting a number on at. I appreciate the respectful reply and hope this approach pays off for you 👍

    I drink 1L upon waking and another L during training….outside of this I consume as required

    My question is, what sleep tracking app are you currently using?

    Oura ring. I use it more for accountability with sleep timing etc nothing more I wouldn’t go off that solely. Asses how you feel when you wake up first before you just go off the reading, I must admit it’s pretty accurate tho. [/quote]
