Thanks for all the replies guys…
When progressing do you add weight to the top peg 1st or middle one? if this is my 1st exercise how would I progress loading?
Thanks

Hi Michaela thanks for the tip. Is that the cable or plate loaded machine? I typically aim to start with either a 40/60 or 50/50 split between the pegs but was curious how ppl progress from there
Thanks again

Jordan you briefly mentioned at the end of your ‘upper’ video calling it a day between 38-42yrs…..Is this based off your timeline or do you feel it should be a general rule
As I approach 40 it’s something that has weighed heavily on my mind.

Kuba, what vivobarefoot shoes are you wearing during your leg training?

Thankuou buddy. Appreciate the feedback

Micheal – the smoothest is actually Atlantis.
Cybex for ego
Gym lecco bit of both
Atlantis for a productive set
This is how it breaks down – arsenal is also decent.
That’s the way I look at them all.
Rest day was decent, still feeling a bit off and rhr is elevated a bit. So de volume legs again today.
Adductor
Sldl
Seated ham curl
Leg ext
Leg press
Single leg press
Calf press
Wondeful 👌
Thoughts on the adjustable Watson?

Kuba, is the Gym deco hack still your favoured hack over say the Cyber and Watson? Ive noticed you haven’t given it a run of late.

Great log @Trivaran
As a fellow Aussie, can I ask what lab primo are you using?
Bump on this

Jordan, on a prime plate loading lying curl, what is your preference when adjusting the profile? Middle to top?

Spectacular showing Oscar! Congratulations my man!
Can I ask? How did you use aldactone coming into show?

Read every page of your log mate…there’s no ham focussed leg workout which I why I’ve asked…
I’ll jump on YouTube and check it out

Hi Kuba,
You mentioned recently on your Instagram about splitting quads & hams….have you recently implemented this into your own training?
If so, what does you ham focussed workout entail?
