its just about getting the ratio right for yourself and that takes some work.
I would not of gone 600 and 450mg EQ mind as I would of expected that to crash most peoples E2. I would of likely gone 600mg test and 250mg Eq.
As an example personally I can use 800mg test and need just 150mg EQ and that will leave my E2 at the top end of range which is perfect. I do find for most they get a pretty strong AI effect.
Ive always been a fan of EQ so am aware of were roughly people need to be but I do know with recent shortages of other stuff and lots now using EQ many have been in your position lately and tanked there E2.
I would pull the EQ out completely for 2 weeks.
Put Test up to 900mg and bring in some Dbol for 2 weeks to rise E2 up as quickly as possible.
Then bring the EQ back in at 300mg as you say

I appreciate the information. i agree i probably wouldve started lower something I have learnt now after experimenting. I normally mix my gear for the week all in one vial however, What I did last week due to being ill i could only inject half of the drugs which kept EQ at 150mg and test at 500mg (from the total 1g T and 300mg EQ) last week and this week also. Today is the first day I feel great again, libido is back, morning wood is back :D, motivation to train is back to its highest. With that being said the biofeedback pointing in a better trend compared to last week, would you still recomend i remove the EQ and bring it back again in 2 weeks or go based of bio feedback of things feeling alive again? Will defo switch to ed dosing and assess when starting out the compound👍
Very strange, it can defo cause a little anxiety in some for sure but im yet to come across any one that was getting suicidal thoughts out of no were from Eq.

That could work mate. Best thing to do is start and see how you feel. Mast doesn’t pull down e2 as much as much people expect. So bare that in mind but EQ will do a good job.
If it’s a growth cycle you’d get more bang for your buck with 400 test 200 eq and that’ll control estrogen nicely. Just my opinion

If your dosing all that GH pre bed then its likely linked to that and it would not concern me. I would check my HBA1C if concerned at all via blood work.
You could also continue to check BG daily on wake and pull the GH out and see if things change.
make sure you are waking up – drinking 3-500ml fluid and waiting 15 minutes before testing BG

There is a fair amount of research done and discussion looking at if low HDL on its own is actually a risk factor sign of CVD or if its Low HDL with High LDL and Triglycerides. There is some that concludes Low HDL on its own is not a reliable risk factor directly correlated to increased chance of CVD.
So myself and maybe others may point out that if all else is great and just HDL is low then it may not need to be a huge concern as we know AAS at any dose in most tend to lower HDL and therefore we know this is happening from the AAS and overall not an ongoing issue linked to high LDL, High Triglycerides and thus CVD.
Now that does not mean that we ignore it and dont care – We always want to strive to make sure HDL is in the best spot possible. Its just accepting that short term or long term for some depending on AAS use HDL may always be on the lower side due to this.

I would stick at this dose now until bloods are due to be honest – However without knowing how long you have been on cycle or intend to stay on cycle its impossible to give accurate advice

if it digests fine then IMO its fine. I am not looking at my bread/carb source in general for micronutrients etc so have no issues using bread from supermarket were needed

What are your current macros buddy?
I would keep fats low to moderate….
Protein consistent 1.25g per lb of BW
And usually take my first initial drop from carbs. If we could see your current setup would probably help us make a better judgement
My current macros right now at the end of my bulk on training days is 3400 with around 213 protein 105 Fat and 394 Carbs. My current maintenance calories is 2889. So to create my 1st cal deficit, should I come down to maintenance and add in some cardio or come down around 250 cal from my maintenance and start there?[/quote]

Hey Harriet – so holding 4 weeks is a very patient and potentially good move if you noticed performance still increasing and body comp getting a touch better.
From here I would look to make a small bump of 150kcal per day for example. Its hard to say for sure as I dont know your history/response to good bumps etc but that would be roughly what I did.
With appetite being a little low and this has been an issue before look to make these kcal increases from more kcal dense foods that are easy to eat and not so filling 🙂

Its so hard to give recommendations like this when we know nothing about you.
In general here I would above you at 275-300g protein depending on what pics/body comp looked like.
Fats I would have around 40-50g as a base to start.
Carbs would then make up the rest.I would then work down based on response.

Whats the horror stories you have heard from Eq our of interest. In all my time of doing this I cant really say ive heard any horror stories per say from any drug outside of some rough accesses people got from injecting.
So Eq would be a good move to control E2 if its needed and bring another anabolic in. Its just about making sure you dose right for your own body and test dose.
So if your going to move test to say 450mg as an example I would only go in at 100mg EQ. I would split he doses daily and then check hormones at week 6.
you could well just dose 10mg EQ daily for sure also and then check bloods and adjust. Just noticed your second post.
