an 8 lb drop is pretty mad TBH – yes I see people drop after a high day due to dropping some inflammation etc but I must say 8lb I have not seen before.
I would run another high day – asses what the scale does and what visuals do and then get back to digging –

Any ideas how much leaner/how many more weeks to continue fat loss at around this rate for before i’ll no longer be bringing any benefit to my next push?
For me its as per my last post – the leaner you can get without those areas the better overall –

Sunday – Went for a walk on wake
then was at the PCA show in wolverhampton with 2 clients and then the long drive home.

250mg per week first cycle sounds great to me.
I would split it Monday/Wed/Fri tho not twice a week.
I would get bloods done at week 6 to see were your hormones are etc to asses your individual response and that the Drug your using is dosed properly

the trick for me is boiling water into the bowl first and then add the COR and then mix.
I tend to find 3:1 makes a thicker consistency and then I add little bits of cold water or coconut milk to cool it down and thin it out

We have said this over and over again – you will only know which is better suited if you run them and find out as only you can find out what you are better suited to do. We cant tell you that nor can we find it out for you

dont over analyse things to much with rate of gain. Just monitor your body fat levels and keep killing every gym session. At your age your body is in the best spot to grow and you do not want to restrict it

No i have never ran any one into a show with nandrolone and im not sure I know of any one who has.
I know people did it a long time ago but they were also much more restricted on what drugs they could get a long time ago.
In theory it should be doable and it will be doable but im not sure if it would be the most optimal way to do it.

Cable pull over x 8, x 8, x 9F
Overhand HS pull down – x 8, x 8, x 6F
Underhand HS seated row – x 12, x 10, x 10F – little lighter due to tendon issue
Seated upper back cable row – x 8, x 8, x 10F
V grip cable row – x 16F, x 12FNo 1 arm stuff due to tendon issue this week and no bicep work
