    Tbjp British final was a success today. Loved seeing the team and watching the show. There from the off at 9.30am and watched the show until wellness 😂. Seeing amateur to pro. Seeing rookie turn to an Olympian. Unreal scenes. Rest for me today. Just rest day food and steps. Tomorrow it’s London for the day after a last gym session in Loughborough

    Everyone’s summed it up pretty much but I’ll just add sometimes you have to cover yourself so take some rice some cooked chicken and extra cooked and raw food that you can utilise at the beginning of the stay to get your bearings in a new country with supermarkets etc

    Back to plan and it felt good. Only did 30 cardio and 8k steps but food was low so have another low day tomorrow too at the show as I won’t have time to do cardio before as I’m out the door at 6.30 unless I pay to go pure and I’m not doing that so will probably go when i get back from the show and do it. Looking forward to tomorrow it’s gonna be a big end of year show I feel and with the men’s physique pro show on too it’s gonna be a good event! And I’ll be there with the tbjp crew so if anyone is around please give us a shout and let’s grab a pic and a chat !!

    It can happen when you consume something for a long time sometimes. Drop them out and then comeback to them later on down the line and see how you feel after a good break from them.

    Had a day off yesterday. No gym. And some extra food and I felt so much better today. So did it again today haha. Now 2 days low until London Sunday have some fun then back to plan. Back home and off season officially begins. Excited for it now and more than mentally ready to lock in and put some serious size on. Client from Holland lands tomorrow and it’s time to get him straight to the gym for a look and then map out the next days in the Uk

    Fucking tired af today. And really felt it in my body with energy for cardio and legs. Then took pics post cardio and it made sense. I’m at my leanest yet easily ! So ye felt that. Not a bad look tbf. So hit very light legs as I hit them Friday last week. So was all about tempo, stretch and contraction on every movement. Felt lovely on the knees tbh.

    Hack squat 2×12
    Leg press 2×20
    Calf raise 3×20

    5am out the door to get kel from Heathrow tomorrow morning! So need sleep bad 🙃

    Another super tired day to the point I nearly crashed the car from nodding off on the m42 so I went straight to the Tamworth service and went to sleep in my car and I can never sleep in the car that’s how I know I was truly fucked. I was hypo too it was a joke. So anyway was a solid workout in ultimate fitness Birmingham with my athlete ravvi. I felt really strong and liked the look during training. Dry and pretty full. Posed post session too was awesome. Love the gym and its equipment. Drove home eat and cabbaged out. I’ve been a mess today. Reset and go again tomorrow

    I can’t see any negatives from it only positives. Get strong and be a beast on the pitch. Touch more frequency than one day a week would be better to see and feel a nice change from the training paying off

    Rest day today. But it was show day for my natural client at the ukdfba finals so we know size was lacking so today I pushed the fullness hard and luckily it did nothing to condition negatively but it still wasn’t enough. More muscle was favoured. Heavily muscled with poor condition were beating him an he was peeled and as full as possible so it’s into off season grow time for him!
