back to it with a solid pull session today with jp. I’m connecting so well and shifting decent weight in my sessions at the minute which really does fill me with alot of hope for the off season. Not in a rush to do anything with my food or gear just letting everything go as it is and things are looking and feeling good so far.
Been offered a leg session tomorrow and they feel good so I might jump in. But I do have some work to do and I do have to be careful to see how my recovery is and how I feel fatigue wise in the morning before I decide so we will see.

I think you are over thinking this a bit with the lengthen and shortened ranges. The converging press would be a wiser choice in my opinion as Oscar suggests

Off plan god damn made me feel and look fucking good today.! Super hard. Super pumped. Dry. Everything!! No water retention even though I had cake, ice cream and a load of brisket and rice ! So that was really cool and something I was surprised with. Was very happy with the post workout shots and the pump during training. Trained the last session with jordan shallow before he flew home so that was awesome. Then it’s back to the gym with jp tomorrow pull session is on and I am gonna kill it no two ways about it. Lfg

Pleasure brother. I like test and primo but if primo ain’t available then mast would be my second option for sure or a mix of the two with test

I agree with everyone in the fact that you should probably wait a little longer before acting. However if you dropped weight then it’s likely calories aren’t high enough

Rest day today and my sons birthday. Awesome day. Cardio done. Steps done. Presents. Meal 1. And then to Real Madrid world !! Amazing experience some cool rides some crazy rollercoasters and my son was over the moon. Really made me happy to see. My eldest is 11!! It’s crazy!!! Can’t even believe it., but that’s life ain’t it. We all grow up and get older. Time to get him big and strong. His gym journey starts this week!!

Hi bro. Yeah I’m good. I used it at the end of a deficit and the beginning of the off season cycle just to boost performance. I didn’t mind it at all. It helped with strength and helped me keep tissue and performance as I transition into off season.
