    Rest day today as I said yesterday much needed. More than I actually even thought tbh. Did cardio and steps and started to feel absolutely terrible. Hypo. Anxious. Questioning things. Worrying. Terrible. Got home eat and fell asleep. Fatigue is definitely in. Booked a hotel for tomorrow to take the family to and chill. So will assess the situation in the morning on whether I should get a session in early doors or not. Cuz I feel so battered I don’t know right now.

    Very good pull session today. And strength wasn’t bad. Matched all numbers from last week even though I felt a bit ropey when hitting those exercises. Sldl for example felt very hard and that was just matching numbers. So I am trashed but I am making the sessions work and getting what I can out of them and not slipping just yet. Rest day tomorrow which will be well ustilised. Get work done early then smash cardio and some steps before something with the family as we didn’t manage it last rest day due to being busy with work

    Push session today and numbers were slightly down. Reps on first exercise and didn’t have that push and drive to go hard. I had a crazy high appetite too. Even pushed my protein a bit higher to try stem thar a bit which I don’t do but that’s how it got. More signs I need to deload maybe. Let’s see. Pump was decent still today but it’s just not there if you know what I mean

    Rest day today. And as always a heavy work day. Got a lot done though so that’s satisfying. Business work on the brand. Client check ins and new client starter plans as well as some good conversations with potential clients too. Apart from that completely normal day. Meals. Cardio. Steps. All done. And tomorrow we’re in for push and I’m raring to go even though I’m shattered and not sleeping enough lol. Let’s go !

    Only count protein from complete sources and have 25+ protein every 2.5-3 hours as a rule of thumb. 5-6 meals a day.

    Hey guys. Today was legs and I got smashed in my sore knee twice last night by my 2 year old so I was not hopeful about today’s session. But I went extra on the isolations. Extra sets on ham curls and extra sets on leg extensions and then into seated horizontal leg press and it seemed to really do the job. Pr on leg press and I did more reps and better reps on the hack after and all with no knee sleeves again. So that was super positive. Rest day tomorrow is much needed as I feel smashed again just woke up on the sofa … again! 😂

    Rest today was needed. So so smashed. So much so I took the trip to Binous just to do the stairs to make sure my intensity didn’t drop on the cross trainer. Back for work and food. Then out to the mall. Then back for work calls and then out for a haircut. So a lot done which is good and I’m rating to go and smash push tomorrow after a busy morning of client check ins and of course my own check in with cal! Let’s see how things are looking after one of the hardest heaviest weeks of training I’ve had in a very long time.

    I would possibly speak to a physio get an assessment and see if they can refer it may be that you need insoles that are made for you alongside some rehab/ exercises

    You can buy regular generic ones online. NHS prescribe a pair that’s available online. I’d first buy these and try them to see how they felt as they may do the job
