Pull session today. Super high focus and connections on everything but with 0 sacrifice to load. Pull and connecting with everything. Enjoying these sessions and just praying they will pay off in adding tissue to my back where I really need it. Still feel big. Still feel strong. Tomorrow i have to drive to Sharjah to get my car out my name and finally collect my cheque!! Then its my hinge/lower day

If it’s getting big then I’d just focus on that and play football as and when. Not worry about how well you play and just get huge and play football for fun.

Strong session today. Pushed some good weight and pump was insane. Took some post workout shots and I was pretty happy with them too. Things are really clicking well right now. I don’t want to get carried away but right now this is the best I’ve felt in any off season and considering this is so early days it’s to be expected but that is down to the super gradual approach we are taking with food. Meals are easy. Hungers there. Not super hungry but defo hungry. Digestion is good. Cardio and movement is at a good point too so it’s going to definitely carry on like this for a while and that’s exciting

Rest day today and I have not stopped today. Woke up mashed from the last week of training and hitting a 6 day block. Struggled to get going went for a long walk to get a haircut did some check ins then went to the gym to meet my online client and put him through a session. Then picked the kids up from school and went to Dubai hills mall to meet my friend from back home with his new and kid. Treated myself to some trainers and then home for cardio. Did 15 mins rowing and 15 mins cross trainer then some more steps and hope for last couple of meals and now we’re here in bed. Tomorrow we’re in for push and I’m feeling energised and ready to smash it ! Excited.

Oscar makes a good point about a deload or even a few days out the gym to get fresh and go again to see if performance picks back up before lowering volume.

Legs today. Another incredible session. Especially after all the sushi last night. Really really enjoyed it. Was so clean too no mayo nothing like that. Just pure sushi. Gave me incredible fuel for today. Pushed hard buy smart. Thorough warm ups and a completely different order of exercises absolutely pumped the life out of them.

I don’t think you should be dropping calories every single week an the fact your at 1500kcal would tell me you’ve gotten there too quickly and unnecessarily. I’d hold and allow the set up to pull some more off before pushing back up now.

Push was excellent today. The strength is coming. Felt so good. Tried a new machine. Beat last sessions numbers and felt awesome throughout. Took some pics pwo and looked ok. Condition good. Fullness much improved and getting super excited for this off season to keep moving
We’re in for pull tomorrow and I’m buzzing for that. Solo session but I’m happy with that cuz I’ll get in and nail it with no small talk. Sessions mapped out and I’m ready to hit some bigger numbers than last week

Rest day today. Suuuper busy. But I’m happy there’s a lot going on and a lot to come so business wise I’m very very optimistic. I’m going to really really push and try get things booming ready for next year to be in a position to expand an take another coach on.
Cardio was done at 20 mins rower and 10 mins cross trainer then steps were trickled in across the day until I got the 10k in. Push day tomorrow and ready to hit some new prs
