Nice rest day today. Not so busy with work which has put me a little behind but it is what it is. We had 4 different apartments to view. All back in the marina !! The place I have wanted to be back in since I left early this year. So yeah now we gotta see if we can get out of this contract early and secure the apartment we most liked today. Outside of that the normal non negotiables went down. Cardio steps all boxed off easy. Check in day, push day and off plan tomorrow. LFG

Pull day today with my boy riz. Riz if you don’t know is the owner of the super popular engineered muscle. He’s here on holiday and we got it in.awesome session and so good to catch up and chat.
Brought rdl back in over stiff leg. One set and it smashed me haha. Anyway was fairly strong on it. Matched numbers right away. 200 for 8.

Push session today and felt the tired slump on the way to the gym. First exercise didn’t feel great again barely matched last weeks numbers again and this was the same last time I did this incline press first. Just didn’t quite have the power, sessions are strange. Mostly holding but it’s not really moving forward and some are a scrap to hold. So not sure what to do. I’ve obviously been toying with some rest but I do have some travel lined up in a weeks time so wanted to have it then so not to rest then have a hard time staying on point with training while away as it’s India and I have no idea what to expect. Anyway. Will see how pull goes tomorrow. It’s hinge day !

Highly unlikely to be new muscle tissue i noticed you pushed the bulk a bit too far so this is just the body in a happier place to perform.

Rest day today and as suspected at the laptop most of the day. However missed the small fact it’s my mums birthday so we took her for dinner of course. But i actual l didn’t eat anything just took my meal. After that back to work. Still didn’t get everything done but were nearly there and will get everything boxed off early in the morning. Steps and cardio got done like always and then tomorrow we’re back to training with a big push session!

I personally wouldn’t be using it at this point. But I’m not a huge fan of it so that likely bias my perspective but I’d only use it if it’s needed. If bg is in a good spot and your processing food fine I don’t see the need

I think both are important. I currently have spinach, carrot, salad – lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion and then fruit wise blueberries, strawberries and apple . All things I enjoy ans digest well.

So today was an odd one. Woke up feeling trashed. For starters I slept in and felt under the weather. Did my cardio and still felt crap. Took my time contemplating whether going to the gym was a good idea or not finally decided and did it. And it was legs. Then boom out of nowhere I hit 2 extra reps on the hip press and matched everything else. Was buzzing with it and don’t feel like it’s put me in a hole today too so extra buzzing haha. Heavy work day tomorrow so will be getting that done and most the day sat at the computer and it’s also my mums birthday so need to see what she wants to do. Won’t be eating off plan though as the food from the weekend I can defo feel. Probably why I got a new rep pb today ! Haha.

Eat alot yesterday. Also had a larger breakfast and chilled the fuck out !! And guess what !? Much fuller ! Maybe a bit softer but oh well. Let’s see if that drops off tomorrow. Today we hit pull hard early too and that was good. Yesterday’s food really has me popping and feeling bursting in the gym. Still with some nice lines too. My triceps were striated and dry and looked really cool haha. Anyway … leg day tomorrow and a very busy day of working, check ins, new starters, a business meeting and a client over from the Uk and one from Norway to meet and train with too ,

So … check in day and dropped weight again. Last week lost 0.5kg this week 0.3kg. Last week we did nothing as we wanted to wait and expected a rise this week but that didn’t happen. We lost again. So cal pushed food up this week. And he lowered output. Not sure if I want to lower output and increase food together though as it just seems like too much at once. I know I’ve gained quick in the past and I’m cautious of that happening again that’s all. However today I hit push early doors and had a complete rest day outside of that. No cardio and just chilled as much as I could which is not much lol. Anyway tomorrow we have pull and im looking forward to it
