    The guys have nailed it here. One thing I might add is for me post workout is where they will always be last to be pulled from during a dieting phase to prioritise recovery

    What is your opinion on primo mate? Most JP athletes are using it but you went with npp/tren combo?

    I like primo tbh and I used it last off season over a longer duration not on a blast – as this is my first ever blast. To be completely honest with you jordan suggested the blast protocol and I liked the sound of it. I know I’ll grow quickly – as long as my health is in check which I’ll check bloods in 7 weeks for, this is to me is I what I want which is bang for my buck and feel this stack will give me that.

    Big push day today I’m really getting in the groove and lifting heavy again now with confidence. Today although I didn’t log book again as I’ve said already due to waiting to go through the prs system properly with jordan at the weekend – i still hit pbs on exercises I was doing pre surgery. So I guess the gear is starting to kick in now.

    I don’t think @wotti is referring to the summer in particular I’ve seen him post before he wouldn’t ever use it if he didn’t compete because of the potential health implications.

    I think definitely have a rest from hacks as Matt said. I have felt my knees aggravated from the hack when making it the loading exercise. Maybe move it later in the session so the emphasis isn’t on load. Also are you taking any supplements to help with joint care ?

    Another awesome leg session and the first Ive actually gone heavy and mimicked one of my old leg sessions. Really really happy and felt fairly strong !!! Still no log booking. There are 2 clips on my story so check them out if you get chance. Some really one off old School bits of kit were used today.

    The guys have nailed it here. I’ve been in your position a few years ago. Just up your water in take. Get your cardio in. Go 0 carb and add vitamin c. It will come off but be mindful it won’t be 9kg of water so expect some fat gain also.

    Evening guys. Rest day today but I have not stopped all day it’s been mental! The other half is away on a hen do so last 2 nights I’ve had both my children to deal with haha. Been tough but my mum the saint has helped me when I needed to train yesterday and work today so very grateful for that. Cannot wait for a leg session tomorrow. Going to get an early one in. Going to empire fitness so using the nautilus leg press and tru squat machine ! Will obviously fill my log in and let you all know how it went. Hope everyone’s having a good weekend.

    Hey Jordan what do you think of sweet potato post work out ? I have had cereal but starteecto just crash after so potato keeps me fuller for longer as cals are getting lower now

    I’d go white potato over sweet immediately pwo if I was you
