Done! Will up cardio and drop food slightly, will see how things are in 2 weeks. How slowly/quickly would you reintroduce calories? Couple hundred a day per week? I’m gunna keep at least 20 mins cardio in year round
Yeah mate I’d go 200 a day a week and assess from there bud.

Hey guys!! Rest day today for me after 3 days consecutive training. All awesome sessions. Couldn’t have ended the run before tomorrow’s surgery any better tbh. Today will be hard staying away from training knowing I won’t be able to train again for a while. Will keep you all posted on how tomorrow goes. Like I said I have some gh and bpc157 to aid recovery. Need to order more bpc157 and tb500 then I will share the dosages after speaking with jordan. Gh will be at 4iu split morning and night, cruise dose staying at 300mg test a week and diet will be rest day diet throughout. That will be tough as I’m sure I’m going to have my mother and everyone else trying to feed me up so that’s another battle I’ll have on my hands haha. Wish me luck with that one!

I think your in a good place mate. However if you’ve been in a deficit for 4 weeks I’d probably push for another 2 and get some more fat loss before starting the push up with food. I don’t think you are in a bad place to push up but personally I’d go for another 2 weeks and treat it like a 6 week mini cut. I’d add a little more cardio up it to 30 min daily and assess after a week and make my decision for the final week based on the drop from that.

Hey guys. Being as though I can’t train tomorrow due to having a crazy day with work i had to hit legs today. Now the rdl is in legs and theres no hip hinge in my pull sessions I was confident i would be ok and even came away with 2 rep pb on the Cybex hack and a pb on the vertical leg press. So I am v happy considering this is my last leg session for a long while ????????.
Lying hamstring curl – 1×12 1×10 1×14
Cybex hack – 4plates – 8, 3 plates – 12
Pause in the hole pendulum squats – 2 plates – 9
Regular reps – 2 plates – 12
Vertical leg press – 5plates+10kg a side – 15, 5plates – 15
Barbell Paused rdls heels raised (loaded the hammies and glutes) – 160kg – 10, 140kg – 12
Adductors – stack +10kg – rest pause 12-6-3
Hammer Leg extension – 3×15
Donkey Calf raise – 3×12
Also the first time in months I’ve had no knee issues. Even took the sbds off and used the single ply sleeves. So I’m v v happy with that. Weird how it’s just stopped all of a sudden, annoying it’s right before surgery but at least when I’m back I’m hoping every single niggle will have recovered and I’ll be like an 18 year old again …. and not just the size of 1.????????. I’m with oscar here. Although all the same I can train very well on fats and protein. In times where I’ve not managed to get my cream of rice in and had to train earlier I’ve trained on my meal 1 which is beef, eggs and egg whites. It’s like Clare said bud trial and error – gauge digestion, energy levels, performance and what you enjoy eating more.

Of course @drdean would be best to answer this question with a lot more knowledge than I.

Hey guys. Just got in from training and filming for the site. I spoke to jordan and he suggested to hit pull rather than legs to take advantage of the prime bits of kit. I’m looking forward to seeing the edited version and really hope you all enjoy it. Not as impressive in weight as the big guys but the intensity is there.
Front hammer grip pull down – 3 plates a side 6, 2.5 – 11
Prime seated row – loaded second – the pins are loaded to make the contraction the hardest and some at the beginning too without any in the middle of the movement. 40kg – 11, 50kg – 7
Db bent over row – 45kg – 6, 37.5kg – 12
Atlantis single arm cable row – 2×12
