    Evening guys, so as you know I was after a chill day again today. Lol. Didn’t happen. To be fair I forgot I arranged to Pt a client. It’s a lady who has Down syndrome and I just love her so I didn’t want to go another week without seeing her. It makes her day and it really brightens mine up too. So rewarding. Anyway yeah I Pt’d came home and ended up clearing the garage out. Lol. But I feel ok now. Not too shattered. Having a chilled evening. Just a heads up on how I’m feeling. So being out and not training had me thinking I was going to be tiny and completely vanish when I couldn’t train lol. Obviously I haven’t and I’m surprised my shapes not too bad. So if anyone’s facing a lay off. Just know it won’t be the end of you. You won’t lose much and you’ll come back fresh ready to improve. . I can’t wait to start training properly again. I miss the competition. I miss my place of sanity. The place of reliability. The gym is always there for me. Always has been. If I ever need a break I train majority on my own you see. I just go and it’s like ahhh serious therapy. I’m sure you guys can relate. So that’s the hardest thing. But it is no doubt making so hungry and determined to come back better than ever. So we will see and you will all be first to know how it goes. Have a good night guys.

    I don’t think there is a too low. Go as low as you need to. That and output of course. If you don’t want to go low then start ramping cardio up. I’ve been very low before I think many have. What helped me was building calories steadily and consistently across my off season and give it time. Be as strict as you would on a prep with food I eat the same food day in day out.. I was so meticulous. Ended up finishing my diet on over 3k kcals and 350g carbs.

    I have been using gh, bpc157 and tb500 to speed up my recovery from hernia surgery. I feel it’s really made a difference

    Hello people ! Decided to have a chilled day today but ended up running errands that I needed to sort. So I’m feeling shattered again. Lol. Yesterday whipped me a bit and made me think I need to relax and stop rushing. So I’ll try and have a more chilled day tomorrow and literally relax all day. Notice I say try because I’ll no doubt get ants in my pants and need to stretch my legs. Lol. Another reason I can’t wait to get to training is to try PREpare ! Who else is buzzing for that?

    Awww man so no pbs for now then!? Sounds like your head is in the right place at the moment Haider, being very sensible! After your scare recently, how is everything with you now? Enough to go through the surgery, but complications on top is a nightmare!
    Good to see a video of you at last bud. Meticulous form and you can see you own every inch of every movement – great stuff. How did it feel being the star of your own training vid?
    Obviously you’re still recovering and getting by day to day, but wondered how the family is? I’m sure they’re nothing more than supportive, however it must be strange to see their father/partner walking around one day and then the next, a slightly more vulnerable figure. Not meaning to sound patronising or anything at all. Health is so important and you don’t realise how important it is until it’s gone. Like with everything, it’s so easy to get caught up with ‘poor me, why me etc’ that people lose touch and don’t notice how it affects people around them as well.

    Thanks mate. I am trying my best to keep it firmly screwed on and listening to my body. Yeah surgery and the aftermath was bloody traumatic lol. My left arm is still bad. All my veins are still clotted and sore so may need to go back to get that looked at if it doesn’t clear soon. 2 weeks today since surgery.
    Thanks mate. That really means a lot. I was worried it’s not the usual explosive type of video due to the exercise selection but yeah I liked it. And felt great I can’t wait to do more and improve in front of the camera.
    Yeah I am doing everything now I just have to be careful when bending and lifting – kids etc. It’s impossible not to be myself and be the interactive father I am. So sometimes you do things even though there’s a little pain or it’s slightly uncomfortable- obviously nothing dangerous or sharpe but yeah I think at the beginning when I was really bad my son was like aww dad but they’re kids they’re so pre occupied with their own stuff he forgets about it everyday. Lol.
    Biggest lesson of my life so far being totally dependant on my other half for 2 days. Re opens your eyes to what you have. Reminded me of the love we share and the togetherness we have. Re evaluate life very quickly in those situations.

    Evening guys! Not much at all to report today. Stayed very active all day and I’m tired and sore now. So think I need to slow down. Won’t be going to the gym or doing much at all tomorrow. Although I will be back to doing some 1 to 1s in the gym, I want to get normality back in place. I only do a few hours a week pt with a select few so that will be good for me mentally. Keep me busy while I can’t smash training. Hoping for even more strength and improvements for tomorrow, it’s really hard to ease in I’m feeling. I just want to be me again but I need to remember it’s 2 weeks post surgery tomorrow so I need to instil some patience! I’m not the best at it. Lol. Anyway speak tomorrow peeps

    Majority of hams will be legs for sure. The only cross over you will see is an rdl but that can be more back focused and more Ham focused depending on how it’s performed.

    For me it’s wherever you will get all of it in. Cooking with it you will more than likely lose some so it’d be on top of the food once cooked

    Hey guys, so I hit the gym earlier. I couldn’t help myself and had to go! All in all it was a success. I know what I can get away with and I know what I can’t. My legs were looking so flat and rubbish I needed to do something. I can’t brace my core properly yet so no heavy loads and nothing that requires me to stabilise my self. 2×10 on most things legs I did higher rep ranges 15-20s. On all upper body I kept it quite light and just focused on engaging the muscle fully. So did some leg extensions, leg curls, chest press machine, seated row machine, shoulder press machine, close grip pull down (couldn’t stretch ) so was pretty pointless, db lateral raises and some calf raises. I got a good pump and felt amazing. I am definitely on the road to recovery. So this week coming I’m going to just continue to train like this maybe 2-3 times and just get the blood moving and then the week after I will see how I am with free weight movements. Of course this is providing nothing goes wrong. I took some pics after today’s session too I’ll post them up here now. I’m not planning to switch food yet as I’m not really breaking any tissue down so don’t warrant the calories. I’ve told u guys before jordan actually. Haha. Better message him now. Hope you all have had a great weekend and I’ll be back tomorrow to fill u in on my day.

    I had open surgery and from everyone I’ve spoke to and read about on forums I am recovering fast in comparison. People don’t train for 4-6 weeks usually. My training will be light machine work and nothing bracing of the core. So no legs. Potentially leg extensions and curls. But I know from going to the toilet pushing through my core is still a no go.

    I’m currently recovering from inguinal hernia surgery. I’ve spoke about it a lot on my log – I’m currently using tb500 and bpc 157 – 10mg a week of tb500 for the first 4 weeks, dropping down to 5mg for a further 4. 2iu bpc am and 2iu pm. Also I’m using 2iu gh am and 2 pm. I am now 12 days post surgery walking normally and thinking about light training next week.

    I’d say there is a definitely a benefit ! Otherwise why would we all be using Intra drinks ? You are starting the recovery process sooner and preventing any catabolism. Why don’t you try one to see if your workouts are improved and your recovery is speeded up? I for one can vouch for mps max and sustain massively speeding recovery up. Not to mention Intra – the fullness and sustainable energy throughout the session is much improved.
