Hey guys not sure if any of you watch my stories on Instagram but if you do, you will know from my stories today was a bad day in the gym. My glute issue that I only ever feel on hip hinges, really flared up on all my leg pressing exercises. Ones it never ever does! Maybe this was because of the dorians and how I tried to train through the pain I’m not sure. I tried again today to train through and in the end managed to get a half decent session but that’s just because I know intensity and I know I can apply that whether I’m lifting super heavy or not. I’m very sore right now but knowing I’m seeing Chris knott on Wednesday which is re assuring especially after all the good things I’ve heard. If you don’t follow him on Instagram check him out! So from now until I see Chris I’ll do no hip hinging in my pull session and keep it all machine rowing and vertical pulling ! I have to be thankful I’m even training after my surgery. And all in all I’m v pleased with the rate of my recovery and how I’m doing now. So this is just a small hurdle I’ll jump over v soon!

Need way more info than just weight mate. Photos, current kcal intake and macros, daily output – training and outside of training. Assisted non assisted ? Supplements?

As Stephen said I would seek legal advice first and foremost. Also, if they have evidence of an order to your address unless you want to potentially put someone else who lives with you under investigation denying it doesn’t make sense. They obviously have the order or some evidence of an order being placed and delivered to your address. They could be trying to get evidence to shut the website down ? Was it a Belgian site? I think honesty is the best policy here as you’ve only ordered a small amount and it’s obvious it’s for personal use. Explain you love bodybuilding. Go into detail you want to be the best at it and this is what it takes. Let us know what happens man.

Hey guys. Very very good pull session yesterday. One of the best for connections I’ve ever had tbh. Wrote up a new session and everything just felt awesome. Change of plan now going up to Manchester weds and Thursday next week to stay and train with jordan so really looking forward to that. Had a really good treatment today in preparation for a big leg session tomorrow!
1 set straight arm pull down
Front underhand grip pulldown – 1×6, 1×12
Dorian deadlift – 180 – 6, 200 – 4 (glute issue again but felt good apart from that) – seeing Chris knott next week too so hopefully get that sorted as he’s diagnosed me online which no one has been able to do up until now so that’s given me hope.
Chest supported barbell row – 1×9, 1×4, 1×11
Single arm low row (to hip) – 2×12
Hammer wide grip pull down – 3×15
Rear delt machine – 3×20
Seated machine shrug – 3×12
Cable bicep preacher curl – 3×12

7 days off is plenty of time in my opinion. Not sure on exactly why it’s gone up but I would focus on more extensive liver care supplements. Tudca and liposomal glutathione. Also the liver stack from supplement needs is a good all in one.

As Clare says my man don’t think about what is potentially holding you back as at the end of the day we are governed by calories in vs calories out – get yourself in a calorie surplus, train to absolute failure, prioritise rest and recovery and you will grow!!! Perseverance is key here. Building tissue takes time.

Haider, what would be your best advice for someone starting from scratch after a year out? i’m following a training and diet plan by JP hoping to step on stage 2020. how long after you started training did you first step on stage? im aiming for mens physique first then add mass and move up in classes in the future.

I began training regularly around 3 years before I competed. But with no real knowledge of nutrition just training. Then when I got with jordan in 2013 I really changed. My time under his guidance back then was the first time I’d ever weighed food and prepped any meals even. Awesome man. Yeah bud sounds like a good plan

The guys have nailed it here. One thing I might add is for me post workout is where they will always be last to be pulled from during a dieting phase to prioritise recovery

What is your opinion on primo mate? Most JP athletes are using it but you went with npp/tren combo?
I like primo tbh and I used it last off season over a longer duration not on a blast – as this is my first ever blast. To be completely honest with you jordan suggested the blast protocol and I liked the sound of it. I know I’ll grow quickly – as long as my health is in check which I’ll check bloods in 7 weeks for, this is to me is I what I want which is bang for my buck and feel this stack will give me that.
