    Hey guys. Rest day today for me and again I don’t feel great. Had a good treatment and some acupuncture work on my glutes and hamstrings so that could be a reason I feel trashed today too. After speaking to jordan we’ve decided to get bloods done earlier and see what’s what. So I’m booked in for Tuesday now and will decide on what’s what from there. Bodypower tomorrow and I’m already getting anxious about having to train at an unusual time – which means meals being moved and a likeliness that gyms will be packed and a struggle to use equipment. All adding to my anxiousness. lol. Hope to see you guys there and have a chat about anything and everything.

    Sure. Tbh Mike I like to use 500mg Berberine, 250mg chromium and 300mg ala with all my carb meals. When having a meal off plan I double the amounts to cover myself. I am actually looking to buy a complete gda to save myself the hassle and the space in my supplement cupboard

    I think it’s key to log while dieting. This is the fun part and IMO what creates that mental competition. Maintaining strength is vital while dieting and for me the log book ensures that.

    Hey guys !! Just wrapped up my first leg session of the new plan and first time logging !! Jordan sent me this today and it was pretty brutal! Lots of fun.

    I have to say guys I really am not feeling very well recently. Not sure why. Headaches. Dehydrated and a mild sicky feeling. Will asses day to day and see if I improve at all and will let u know how I go. Whether it may be the ai’s the anavar, bp I’m not sure. So will have a check this week like I said.

    Single leg ham curl 1×6 1×12-6-3 forced and then iso
    Banded leg press 1×12 1×7 1×20 band off and go to failure
    Leg extension 3×8 last set triple drop
    Quad stretch
    Glute bridge 3×8 last set triple drop
    Adductor rp 15-8-4
    Calf raise rp 12-6-4

    This could also be a reason why I feel like poo hahaha. Hope you’ve had a good day guys.

    There’s a video here called how to find your lats jordan has posted and that is an awesome way to begin your back session. Like an activation exercise that really fires them up and makes them easier to connect with during the remainder of the session.

    As you say you need to be more patient for sure. I have one delt focused session where I begin with cuffed crucifix laterals before my shoulder press and I feel I get an awesome connection on my presses after hitting these first. Maybe try that for one of your rotations

    I prefer the db as it’s not restricted in being in front of you like the bb but as joe said the bb can be loaded. I’d use a db further into on if my sessions and the bb maybe towards the beginning.

    Hey guys! So today as I said I took a well earned rest day got some steps in and just been doing online work all day. Tomorrow is leg day and I’m really looking forward to it – hoping I wake up mega refreshed and smash my session.

    Update on the gear – me and jordan have decided to drop the npp in favour of anavar as my oestrogen and prolactin is too high. Nipples puffy and forming a small lump behind. I upped tamoxifen and arimidex also on caber eod and it’s still getting more prominent and sore. As you can imagine I just cannot afford to get visible gyno in any class but least of all the men’s physique class so I must be very cautious and not push anything that could leave me in a compromised position. So I’ll keep u posted how it goes and how I feel. I’ll be putting anavar in at 50mg a day

    They are different. Ground rice is much grittier in texture than cream of rice. Baby rice is even finer and easier on digestion but a lot more expensive. I order mine from go nutrition or Cardiff sports nutrition bud.

    You can’t. You can buy ground rice but cream of rice is only available online

    Hey guys so today I hit a push session and tbh really shouldn’t have. I spoke to Jordan and it’s just not a good idea hitting 3 sessions back to back. I feel absolutely shattered ! And did before my session tbh. So now the plan is rest tomorrow. Hit legs weds then rest again Thursday and train push and pull Friday and Saturday until next week when the prs e book is complete. I have some sessions with prs bits in and know the structure so I can apply it to my sessions in the mean time today I hit push with chest focus

    Machine chest press 1×6 1×12-6-3rp 1 forced 1 iso
    3 point failure rest pause cable fly 15-8-4 5 second pause on the stretch of every rep
    Upright row 3 point rest pause 15-8-4 into partials to failure
    Lateral raise machine 12-6-3 rest pause single arm
    Cuffed triceps cable extension 3×12
