    Just wrapped an off plan pull session with Rich Ellis filmed for the site. Although it was a good session I’m feeling really fed up and annoyed with my glute pain. Neural shooting pains are so horrible. Excruciating. The most annoying thing is I know I am good at pulling but this is an issue that’s just holding me back massively. Tried snatch grip rdls today and they were no better at all. I think it’s time to try something else. Might have to swap them for racks potentially as loading my hams and glutes is just unbearable. I could fall asleep right now as that’s how it leaves me feeling. A completely different kind of pain.

    Chest supported row 1×6, 1×13
    Snatch grip rdl 2×6
    Single arm machine row 1×8 1×20
    Upper back row 1×12 1×25
    Pull down curls 3×12
    Machine curls 1×10 1×12

    Got some neural hamstring stretches from rich and was really good to train with someone who’s so strong and immaculate with form. Really cleaned my technique up on the rdls just a shame I can’t bare the pain they cause. :’(

    I think the way the whey is made now it can withstand an amount of heat that isn’t going to affect it. I often put whey directly into very hot oats and cream of rice. Whey is used in a lot of baking recipes nowadays too

    Just took a trip to the uks mecca of bodybuilding the one and only ultraflex Rotherham for my delts and triceps session and obliterated my log book !! So so happy! Surprised I even had the balls to try it tbf I added 20kg a side to the Atlantis shoulder press and matched my reps from last session on it. Love ultraflex. Literally the best place ever to train!

    Atlantis shoulder press 1×7 PRS 1×12-4-3 1 forced 1 iso
    Dip machine 1×8 PRS 1×14-8-4 1 forced 1 iso
    Atlantis single arm tricep press/extension 3 point rp 10-5-3
    Single arm cable extension into dc stretch
    Lying cuff lateral 12-6-3 rp
    Single arm lateral raise machine rp 15-8-4
    Would have usually done a cable fly too but doing it yesterday there was no need

    Looks a short session on paper but any season with the pivotal rep system in place is an absolute killer ! Loved it !!! Filming pull tomorrow. Little apprehensive as there’s rdls and my glutes are giving me aggro again so might have to sit it out. Will probably try snatch grip to see how that feels too. Wish me luck guys.

    I’d only ever change meats to white fish to save on calories and not alter volume of food much when dieting. Although it does digest well I know james is a very big fan of it.

    I’m still trying to work out the pivotal rep system from the videos. Am I right in think it goes like this

    10 reaps

    30 seconds rest

    Another set to failure

    X2 forced reps

    Then hold in the stretch position for 10’seconds

    You load first. Then back off for around 10-12 take 15 breaths go again take another 15 go again the. 1 forced rep and 1 iso hold. Fries u when done correctly

    Hey guys!! So today I have had a bit of an odd day… feeling a bit rubbish. Not sure if it’s in my head or not but now I’ve stopped caber I’m waiting for the lull I’ll feel due to it being a seratonin release drug so I’ll be now without that feeling I’ve been having daily. To be honest I didn’t even know about that until I spoke to dr dean at bodypower so I think me expecting and waiting for that low feeling is me kind of inducing it myself stupidly. Gyno is sore again today. Still not visually noticeable but v annoying. Waiting for the aramosin to kick in now and hopefully wipe it out. I got some last week and decided to swap it in for adex. Today I hit the touch up session, ended up doing some exercises that aren’t in my plan anymore. Flat bench press 2 working sets
    Rack pull 2 working sets
    Cable fly 2 working sets
    Mag grip pull down 2 working sets
    Dumbbell bicep curl 2 working sets
    Machine curl 2 working sets
    Calf raise 3 working sets.

    Also today is my 9 year anniversary with my other half so we are out for an Italian and some nice desert and drinks. Mums looking after the babies so it’s a chill for us for a change.

    Tomorrow I’m going ultraflex Rotherham to hit delts and triceps !!

    Evening guys! Rest day today for me and I got bloods results back!! Everything is where we expected it being on tren ace. So lipids are slightly out but nothing to worry about so we have the green light to push on. Tomorrow I was due to train back but I might have to move some bits around as I’m training pull on Monday with rich which is being filmed for the site so tomorrow I might use as a top up day as a rare one off. Then delts and triceps Sunday and pull Monday. Then rest Tuesday and start the rotation again with chest. This is what I mentioned to jordan and he seemed to like the idea. Hope you all have a great weekend guys.

    Thanks bud. No mate lol, I’ve been on stands since 2014 – I was with pharmafreak then 2015,2016, reflex and 2017 Yolo. So I’ve done my fair share of bodypower lol. In always enjoy interacting with people who follow my progress and take an interest. This year was my best so far being with the TrainedByJP team it was completely different. Such an awesome buzz. Yeah mate we got lucky with dinos gym it was busy but not too much and I actually got 2 very productive sessions in. Hope your well bud.

    Yes mate I’ll miss the uk shows but there are 3 im looking at. 2 in November. Iceland and Amsterdam and then Italy in December.

    Yeah it’s pretty surreal tbh. You never get used to it but it’s also really cool. Your bang on you definitely feel very humbled. I do everyday tbh. Very grateful for all the opportunities I get.

    A good non stick pan requires nothing and i did this for years. I will occasionally use 1 cal spray now and again for chicken etc but beef and salmon with its own fat content doesn’t require anything

    Very good leg session today!! For some reason I thought I had back today until I was leaving my house and checked my work out plan! So mentally I wasn’t ready. I kind of thought that this may throw me off and I’d have a below par session but it wasn’t it was awesome !!

    Single leg lying curl 1×5 1×15-8-4 1 forced 1 iso
    Banded leg press – 1×12, 1×7 did 8, 1×20 did 25 bands off did 1×30 – amazing leg stimulation. Stretching fully and holding in the hole
    Leg extensions 3×8 last set triple drop set

    Glute bridge – used nautilus glute drive 3×8 last set triple drop set
