To be completely honest it’s not going to affect your progress unless you do it for days and days consecutively. I’ve just been to ibiza for 4 days lol. Drink low calorie alcoholic drinks. Gin and slimline or vodka Diet Coke etc. Don’t eat shit the next day. Stay active and you will be fine.

I’m with Clare and Kuba not too hard to drop 2kg mate. Up the expenditure. Keep it consistent by hitting some cardio everyday and it should be off quickly.

So ended up being my back session after speaking to jordan but strictly no prs for at least a week, first it was 2 weeks but I talked him round lol! Just due to the not training then going straight into that would mash me !! And that’s not the goal!

Cable curl 2×12Felt ok not too strong and but matched most of the log book. Delts and triceps tomorrow. Also took 29g or prepare haha needed. Jordan messaged me straight away after seeing it on Instagram and advised me I might feel terrible after and to take 6 halcyon!! Hahaha. I feel ok at the min tho. The halcyon has sorted me I think.lol

Just landed guys!! Still not decided whether to hit back or do a bit of everything … I think I’m swaying more towards a back session though to be honest so I can just resume the routine properly and not have to train the same muscle the day after which would be what I’d do if I do full body. But still might change my mind lol. We’ll see. Either way I’ll keep u updated. What would you guys do??

I’m with the guys in caffeine as even a strong coffee alone can often send me to the toilet. Try a non stim based pre and see how that goes

Decided today being my last day will be a t total day I’ve definitely had enough. Lol. Eat well. Rehydrate and feel fresh for the journey home tomorrow!! Then we are back to work and I’m itching to get cracking again!! My body feels rested which is nice and should do me well giving my body a little rest from hammering it every day. So Wednesday will be a training day. Tempted to do a full body session but not sure whether I’ll do that or just crack on with my training schedule as usual. Which would mean it’d be training back Wednesday and delts and triceps Thursday, rest Friday and density Saturday rest Sunday!

Like hilly says it’s not a drug that will have you pining and craving for. As the guys have said you’ll potentially feel tired and a bit sluggish for a day or 2 but you’ll be fine after that.

I like at least 2-3 rotations mixing up which is delt dominant and which is chest dominant

I think if it’s a big difference I’d see a therapist and add more unilateral work. If it’s not a huge difference I think it’s pretty normal
