I have natural athletes hitting pbs in the last couple of weeks in their dieting phase. Flick the switch and obsess over the log book and you may surprise yourself. As they guys have mentioned what brought about the tissue is what will keep the tissue ! Always lift heavy with good form and keep that a constant through a surplus or a deficit.

Rest day today guys! A lot of online work to catch up with and hardly any steps done! Need to get out for a walk later ! If I don’t fall asleep first! Haha. Still catching up! Density day tomorrow at ultraflex! Has anyone seen my last video on the site about the cheat meal and density day? Not happy with my rdls, I was literally trying to do them for the camera which is stupid. My hamstring tendinpothy is just too painful making my reps shit! So I apologise for that it’s really not fitting with my training ethos and jordan’s. Form needs to be immaculate so any pain tomorrow and they are getting subbed out for racks or something similar. I really don’t understand the complication. If you want 65g carbs weigh 85g uncooked rice then multiply it by how many meals you want. Then cook it all in one batch. Once cooked weigh it all and then divide by the number of meals you want. Simple.

I think it’s very easy to weigh dry the amount of rice you need for example 100g per meal – cook as many meals as you want let’s say 5 meals – 500g dry rice. Cook it all in one then weigh all cooked and divide the weight by 5 and portion. Simple.

Literally nodding off as I type this out…had my pwo meal and everything is catching up. 7am start at work this morning was so hard ! Was so paranoid about my delts and triceps session as I had that huge pr at ultraflex but damn I performed !! At what I would call 60%!! So that gives me even more hope! Went from 5plates a side on the Atlantis shoulder press to 5 and a 2.5kg each side for 6!! 5kg rise in weight and only one rep short of last week. So happy.

Definitely leave food and add cardio first. Steps are high. 20min a day at a good pace will see a change for sure
