    Absolutely insane leg session today. Jesus!!!! I nearly died. Twice! Hahaha. My face is wrecked from burst capillaries. True sign of a hard session! Hit up ultraflex again and tried the pivot leg press in the video of Kuba jordan Callum and Jamie. Loading set got up to 10 plates and a band so not bad but will try to improve on this now.

    Standing hamstring curl 1×8 1×15
    Pivot banded leg press. 1×5 1×12 1×20 band off 1×20
    Leg extension 3×8 last set triple drop
    Glute bridge 3×8 last set triple drop
    Adductor 15-8-4
    Calf raise 12-6-3

    Alright Haider, how are you doing? Good to see your face cropping up in more and more videos. I can’t even fathom eating 20k worth of calories in one day – even half that would be a struggle. Remember reading an article on T-Nation where the diet outline order two XL pizzas and emptying out an entire bottle of olive oil over both. That was one meal. Another was an all you can eat Chinese and breakfast I believe was from Mcdonalds with added extras in the Mcmuffin. In theory this sounds awesome and I know Juan Morel was a big advocate of eating like this, but in reality you end up feeling like shite. Spend most of the time sitting there like a big fat anaconda that’s just had an antelope.

    Sounds as though it was a good stag do. So tricky as a bodybuilder to just let your hair down, but sometimes you have to just live a bit. Those memories will stay long with you after you’ve hung up the lifting straps. What did you do for your own stag do?

    Sooooo jealous looking at your food haha. Remember reading prior that your off-plan meals involve just cooking or making something at home like sandwiches. That’s what we first bonded over haha. Sometimes it’s just nice to have some normality and make a meal with the OH that you can both enjoy together. Don’t get me wrong – going out for food is nice as well and I’m already writing a list of places to go post show haha.

    Yeah mate your so right. It is tough but I felt I needed it. More so to have a break from reality more than anything else it was really nice. So myself and my partner aren’t married yet. It’s booked tho so I’ll let u know what I do for mine. lol.

    You’ll be back in a surplus in no time brother don’t worry. How long do u have left until show time now ? Yeah eating at home is my absolute favourite!! Haha I can imagine. Where’s on the list?

    Never had liquid. Always gone with tablets. Although I’ve seen many underdosed and some over dosed. Malay tiger were insane. They blew my head off lol

    Only ever used Malay Clen. Using a 1/4 of a tab (supposedly 10mcg) and can feel that. 20mcg had me shaking. Used 40mcg for a week and felt jittery as hell. As ive never used any other Clen i thought how the hell people running 160mcg of this shit…… haha[/quote]

    I’d like to see what most people spend. I think it can be done very cheaply depending on the food types you buy. Frozen or fresh, butchers, supermarket, online.

    I’m with Clare. Try and get the nutrients in post workout. So either opt for a cleaner cheat post workout … less processed high fat stuff. Or like Clare said have a nutrient dense post workout meal which is low in fat and easily digesting carbs then have the cheat post post workout

    Hey guys! Rest day today… not too much to report apart from I am trashed. Density day is a complete no no on training the day after. I know I said this before but I honestly thought I’d be ok hitting chest boy I feel like I’ve been hit by a train. Never again! Will only be following my plan to the letter now in terms of where rest days are placed. Legs tomorrow hopefully quads have recovered enough from the pendulum and rest pause leg press on Friday. We will see. Hopefully be at ultraflex again so I’ll keep u all updated on how it goes.
