    Have you thought about frozen white fish? Cost effective and easily digesting. Not the most appetising but you could have your oats with some sweetener or flavour drops of some sort and the protein source on the side.

    Hey guys. Great training session today. Back feels hammered !! I’m tired but in a good day and really excited for delts and triceps tomorrow as my pushing I feel is getting better and better each week so let’s see what we can do.
    Today’s session went like this
    Chest supported row 1×5 1×12
    Front underhand pulldown 1×7 1×15
    Chest supported row – very similar to prime extreme row – 1×12 1×15
    Low row single arm 1×12 1×15
    Chest supported mag grip pull down 3×15
    Cable rear delt 2×12 1×15
    Machine shrug 3×12

    Decided not to start prs work yet as frankly I’m feeling battered from the 2 set stuff so recovery just isn’t there for prs yet.

    I have very long legs. Leg press works the best for me. Allows me to get depth safely. I also like the pendulum squat have you tried this ?

    Never a good idea to skimp on health Supps especially. I understand budgets are a deciding factor and not everyone can afford the best but the bigger companies my protein bulk powders Etc may not be the Best But they definitely aren’t the worst. Maybe look at their range.

Don’t get me wrong – going out for food is nice as well and I’m already writing a list of places to go post show haha.

Few places on the list are Monty’s Burger Lounge – some of the best burgers in Bournemouth and not too greasy compared to other offerings. Moose Kitchen is definitely on the cards which is Canadian themed ad you’d better believe I’m having the poutine. Lastly, a Chinese all you can eat called Bamboo Leaf. Food is cooked fresh to order and is amazing. The OH has also said she will cook me a three course meal which we haven’t done in ages. Oh, and there will definitely be a bit fat sandwich at some point! Going to stagger everything over a few weeks as a minimum.[/quote]

    It was very much needed. I’m really happy I went as I nearly pulled out so many times ! Ahh no mate. We’ve been together like you for 9 years so as good as ! And we have 2 kids so yeah I guess it seems as we are lol. It’s about time I made a decent woman out of her hahaha. No your right there’s no rush but it feels right. We’re booked for 2021 so still have some time to save up as it’s going to be an expensive affair !

    As the guys have said obviously don’t binge but we’ve all been there. Don’t stress. Don’t beat yourself up about it. drop carbs. Resume cardio and you’ll get back to where you were soon enough. Take home a lesson not to binge again

    Hey mate. I had this exact issue on prep last year. Oh pressing and high incline pressing had to get dropped completely or moved to toward the end of the workout to a really light and controlled set which also wasn’t ideal as I could still feel it. So I had to hammer laterals and whatever didn’t cause me too much pain. Ultimately the only thing that fixed it was complete rest pre and post show. I spent 100s on treatments which was unfortunate for me but definitely try and see a good physio that can get to the bottom of the pain for u.

    I’m with joe. Always get a good number of warms ups in for the first set then after that maybe 1 or 2 and as the session goes on may not even have a warm up for certain exercises. Ultimately it has to go down to the individual and how they feel – how many warm up sets they need to feel ready strong and primed for the working set.
