Strength shop are good as you can choose the thickness – single, double ply etc. Sbd are super strong and very thick neoprene material so it depends what type you need. Is it for elbow pain ? Or just provide stability ?

Firstly make sure form is immaculate – then I would make sure after each training session your stretch extensively. Dc stretches are awesome. Also some tightness from training is pretty normal – we are hammering our bodies. I’d get booked in with a good sports massage therapist and get loosened up at least once every 2 weeks.

As long as you don’t lose your mind eating shit you should be fine and bring a good luck to the shoot.

Very very good session today at ultraflex… chest session with some delt and bicep work ! Blitzed my log book and felt amazing pumps. Everything was spot on…. I feel this is what really decides my sessions recently – sleep, hydration, food timing pre session… whenever I rush anything or I’m not organised I notice it so I need to really make sure I stop fucking about!!!
I brought the prs system back in today as I feel I’m ready to smash that again! I haven’t mentioned it but I fly to Greece tomorrow for my sisters wedding !! Completely forgot. Such a shit brother aren’t I. Haha. Anyway we’re staying in a 5 star hotel but I’m not happy with that so I’ve bought a portable electric hob to cook in my room. Nothing will derail me and I’m not losing any weight this time !

They aren’t bad at all. Definitely no where near the TrainedByJP range but they taste good and have a big product range. I was with them before joining up with jordan and Corinne’s TrainedByJP nutrition.

Hey guys. Another well earned rest day. I really need my rest days after these sessions and I’ve not even brought the prs back in yet… that begins tomorrow with chest!! Looking forward to a big session! Really not much to report it’s rained all day here too so steps are really low which is annoying. Will try and get out for a walk later. Has anyone watched my latest video? I wonder if ppl act differently with family and partners than I do be cool to get some feedback if anyone cares to take a watch.

Take your rest days bud. Especially if your training hard. Every time I have to train due to things getting in the way and miss a rest day it really hits me hard and I feel so shit the day after.

Hello guys!! So today started with a good check in and feedback from the boss. My weights up from being down last week post Ibiza. Foods been increased again today and jordan’s very happy with the look. I’ll post pics.
Hit my leg pull/density session at ultraflex today and it was a good session. 4 plate rdls kind of bearable. Still painful but today I managed it ok. My reps were very slow and deep so the time under tension. Wrecks me which is nice. Just need to be a little more tidy at the knee on them. I pbd everything today for either weight or reps which is really nice !! Especially on the the big moves I know are so beneficial

Snatch grip rdl 1×5 1×8
Under hand pull down 1×6 1×11
Chest supported row to failure. Each rep with a 5 second stretch.
