I take it with my pre workout meal the only meal I’d be reluctant too but still do sometimes for peace of mind is immediately post workout.

Hate to repeat what the guys say but find the exercises that you connect with and feel the most. Ones that you can keep very good form. Machine curls are very good for me here. Then work on overloading them. Slow eccentrics and a powerful concentric. Single arm Cable curls are also really nice.

Everyone nailed it. Stodgy and dry to the point you’d think I can’t eat that. Then stir in and allow the isolate to loosen and bring the moisture out.

If your having mps and sustain separately but still want to bump protein like you say either try a 0 calorie electrolyte flavoured dissolvable tablet. Or just add some 0 calorie Robinson’s like u say that’s fine.

Try 20g glutamine. Apple cider vinegar with mother and half a fresh lemon. This helps me get things going every day.

If you start with it. Keep it in my man. It’s something that will be counted into your calorie intake from day one so keep it constant and it’s fine. I kept it in all prep and off season. I can’t live without mine on certain meals. Lol

Good first day today!! Well started off pretty frustrating…. my car wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be…. 10am didn’t get it until 1.30 but got upgraded in the end so that’s not bad. While waiting I got a taxi to the butchers and got some steak and eggs for my meal 1. Then spent some time with the family meeting everyone I haven’t seen for a long time. Then the car arrived and I decided to drive into kos town to find the gym I’d be training at. Not sure if you know Michael kefalonia the ifbb pro – well he’s somewhat a legend here. Being in shape 2 taxi drivers mentioned him to me! And the gym im training at is called Davids fitness centre and that’s where he trains. There’s posters of him everywhere! The gym isn’t bad at all! Nothing special by any means. But I guess I’m spoiled with ultraflex so nothing’s gonna match up to that ! So today was leg day … no bands for banded leg press so I switched to an old session with the load and back off sets.
Lying ham curl 1×8 1×15
Pivot leg press – really high ! 1×6 1×15
Panatta hack – this was bloody hard and steep!! 1×8 1×5
Heels raised paused in the hole smith squat 1×8
Leg extension 1×20 1×15 1×12
Bulgarian split squat 1×8
Superset
Regular split squat 1×10
Quad stretch
Seated calf 3×12
Adductor 12-6-3 rpRest day tomorrow. Proper pool day with the kids. Then back. Then delts and triceps ! Then rest then leg pull before I leave !

Could be the mix of yohimbine and a very strong coffee as Corinne says that makes a lot of sense to me

I drink a minimum of 4 litres a day. I think the more you can get in the better you will feel and perform in the gym.

Hey guys! So I’m at the airport….so prepared it’s unreal!!! Cooker, pan, today’s meals, scales, rice cakes, 1kg of whey, gym kit, creatine, mps max, sustain…. controlling my environment to the max!!! So tomorrow it’s legs and I can’t wait. Just hope the gym is good… I’ll keep u all updated on how it goes too. Take it easy guys!
