    I’d switch the carb source before opting to remove them for protein fats. Try oats, rice or sweet potato they’re all good carb sources I’d try each one with a protein source each day and see how they feel.

    Good back session today at David’s fitness gym!! Matched my log book and really put a good shift in!! Just sweating so much I need to stay on top of my hydration! Dreading leg pull in this heat. But it’ll get done !!

    I would drop the movement and replace it with a machine press see how that feels and come back to it after a few weeks.

    Never had any issues with pain but I don’t really like it as a movement hence why I dropped it from my push sessions. I favour a machine press a lot more

    How long are you talking ? I did a 20+ week prep last year and drugs etc were the same as doing a shorter prep in previous years. Ultimately it depends on the goal I guess. Is it for a show ? Or just to lose some body fat. If it’s not for a show I think you are probably best taking your time with it. If it’s for a show then I think you need to find what will work best for u and what will bring the best look to the stage.

    Good first day today!! Well started off pretty frustrating…. my car wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be…. 10am didn’t get it until 1.30 but got upgraded in the end so that’s not bad. While waiting I got a taxi to the butchers and got some steak and eggs for my meal 1. Then spent some time with the family meeting everyone I haven’t seen for a long time. Then the car arrived and I decided to drive into kos town to find the gym I’d be training at. Not sure if you know Michael kefalonia the ifbb pro – well he’s somewhat a legend here. Being in shape 2 taxi drivers mentioned him to me! And the gym im training at is called Davids fitness centre and that’s where he trains. There’s posters of him everywhere! The gym isn’t bad at all! Nothing special by any means. But I guess I’m spoiled with ultraflex so nothing’s gonna match up to that ! So today was leg day … no bands for banded leg press so I switched to an old session with the load and back off sets.

    Lying ham curl 1×8 1×15

    Pivot leg press – really high ! 1×6 1×15

    Panatta hack – this was bloody hard and steep!! 1×8 1×5

    Heels raised paused in the hole smith squat 1×8

    Leg extension 1×20 1×15 1×12
    Bulgarian split squat 1×8

    Superset
    Regular split squat 1×10

    Quad stretch

    Seated calf 3×12

    Adductor 12-6-3 rp
    Rest day tomorrow. Proper pool day with the kids. Then back. Then delts and triceps ! Then rest then leg pull before I leave !

    Update on the gear – me and jordan have decided to drop the npp in favour of anavar as my oestrogen and prolactin is too high. Nipples puffy and forming a small lump behind. I upped tamoxifen and arimidex also on caber eod and it’s still getting more prominent and sore. As you can imagine I just cannot afford to get visible gyno in any class but least of all the men’s physique class so I must be very cautious and not push anything that could leave me in a compromised position. So I’ll keep u posted how it goes and how I feel. I’ll be putting anavar in at 50mg a day

    I cant run NPP without running Tamox along side. E1, E2 Estrogen and prolactin can all be in range but i still get tenderness and swollen nips. Could you not have just run Tamoxifen with it instead of dropping the NPP? Would be interested to hear @jordan-peters reasons??[/quote]
    Hey bud. Yeah as jordan said my adex must have been dodgy as it didn’t help. And yeah we ran tamoxifen throughout and still running it now. Only when I switched to aramosin it sorted out ! But coming to the end of that and thinking how am I gonna get some more. Apparently I may be able to get some from the pharmacy in Greece if I can I’m going to stock up.
