Rest day today guys and we leave tonight. So today’s been chilling. Walking. Packing and prepping meals. I stupidly didn’t bring enough gh and I’ve not had any last 3 days and I can definitely tell! Less full and leaner!! Not what I want right now but I know it’s water and I’ve spoke to jordan. Being back on when I’m home and after a week I’ll be back to where I was. Although it’s been so nice out here and I’ve been really strict with food oh and I’m tantastic lol it’s not the same as being at home so I can’t wait to get my routine back!! Hope your all having a good day and I’ll be on tomorrow to update you with how my chest session goes! I have work tomorrow morning and I’m travelling through the night so wish me luck for tomorrow’s session on minimal sleep! I’m shattered as it is, my daughter was up through the night and I was up early this morning sorting my sons bits as he’s been on a day trip with his nan. The joys of being a parent and a bodybuilder lol.

Hey,
i find injuries improve in cycle, unless I’m using winsterol or clem can make me cramp. Had this just come up on this cycle? have you put on alot of weight and progressed Strength over a short period of time.

Hi mate, thanks for the response as always ????????. This is my first cycle. I’ve gained around 50 pounds from a lean 180’s to a soft 233 as of this morning could weight gain cause this?
I’ve progressed in strength id say over a short period of time yes, it seems to be tendons feeling sore from my bicep to forearms. Also seems to effect my grip strength severely.

I think weight gain can definitely be a factor to joint pain.Try a deload for sure or a rest week even to give your tendons a complete rest

Thanks Clare. However I’m not sure the doctor was right. As there isn’t any pain on the outside. Muscle wise. But internal. The sick feeling and general rough feeling has got worse.
If you can afford it and it’s important to you that it’s preventing u from training I’d book an mri or try and see a specialist not your gp bud

Depends where abouts you are in the diet. If your towards the end you don’t have to really watch them that much as you are shredded anyway and fluctuations will only mess your head. Go off mirror and feel at these times. Jordan banned me from using them towards the end of prep lol

I always switch between all avenues of cardio and just make sure my heart rate doesn’t drop below 120 and doesn’t go too much over 130. The stairs are hard and they get heart rate higher than the other machines and a lot quicker for me.

Tim is spot on. The thing is the stepper will get your heart rate much higher and much quicker. Hence why your sweating a lot more. If the treadmill gets my hr to 120 the stepper is like 150.

Hey guys! Last training session in Greece done! Leg pull. Mixed feelings about this session… didn’t bring my regular straps only my versa gripps and they are shit when it comes to anything over 3 plates a side… so I went for 4 plates a side and for the first time in such a long time I didn’t feel much pain at all…. in comparison to usual rdls… so I was so happy but then my grip went !!! So my loading set ended up being like a rest pause set! I got 2 reps had to rack it got 3 had to rack it then got another 3 ! So I’m not sure how to take it or how many id have got if I didn’t have to do that but the minimal pain I’m very happy about!! I forgot to say I got a Thai massage on the beach yesterday so could have had something to do with that! But I’m hopeful for a big session on the rdls when I’m back with proper straps ! Training here has been good but the heat is crazy. No air con is bloody intense lol.

This is not a question about love-heart but just a general question about Trained By JP nutrition, I don’t know which one to buy first (can’t afford all 3) and by all 3 I mean the prepare, mps max and sustain intra. any recommendations?

Depends on the goal tbh. Mps max and sustain are as good as each other and work so well together. And prepare is the best pre on the market. What do you feel you need the most ? An intra drink or a pre workout ?
