Hi Haider i have just read your whole log (Good use of time at work lol)
You mentioned how when using NPP along side caber tamoxifen and adex you was getting early signs of gyno.
Even with bloods showing estro/prolactin in range.
Do you get this exact same issue with all 19nor compounds?
Because funnily enough i have this exact issue i run npp and i get gyno symptoms but i can run tren at medium/high dosages and get no effects of gyno.____________________________

I thought I’d put it in my log but obviously not sorry about that bro. So basically I was convinced the Gyno was prolactin. So I hammered the caber. Got bloods done prolactin was 0 abs Estro was 600+ so we were baffled as the arimidex and tamox hadn’t helped at all! Very strange. So I dropped the caber. Switched the npp for anavar and started aromasin daily. Gyno has gone. So we’re still unsure if it was like u say the mix of npp and tren causing it and dropping npp fixed the issue. Or the aromasin fixed it. Will only really know if I repeat that cycle and get bloods done. As when I did my bloods and estro was high id already swapped the npp out.

I don’t think it really matters where it is. It’s that a good a movement and will nail the whole posterior chain just put it where you feel you will recover from it the best.

Is it during a diet phase only ? If so are there any food groups you have that you wouldn’t outside of dieting ?

Hey guys. Feeling so so tired today. Last 2 days training has really wiped me out. So today I’ve tried not to do too much at all. Started with an hour Pt. Got a hair cut. Then my kids had a photo shoot so I went along to see how that went. Since then just been prepping meals. Did a supermarket trip and now I’m relaxing. Contemplating doing a walk as steps have been low but not sure I can be bothered. lol. Check in day and a back session with the giant at his gym in Ilkeston so really looking forward to that ????????

Definitely get the decline bb back in as Oscar says. I feel great in that movement and have good development. Have you thought about moving away from some free weight – maybe starting on thr decline bb then moving to a machine chest press ?

I think if it’s controlled, doesn’t affect your productivity, your workouts, your diet and sticking to your plan I think the benefits are amazing. Better than cbd providing you don’t get any side affects from the thc – I know some people can get anxious and don’t like the ‘high’

Very very good session today !! Especially as I’m absolutely shattered and barely slept! But I am so so happy to be home and back into a routine. Myself and jordan have outlined our plans regarding the rest of this off season. The mini break and cruise and the beginning of prep ! So I’ll tell you what we have decided. We are going to continue to push for 3.5 weeks which will bring us to July 13th we begin a 4 week cruise on test cyp only at what I imagine to be 250mg a week. 4 weeks cruising brings us to 10th August which then leaves us 12 weeks exactly to prep for my first show of the year. So excited. Something about having it in writing and dates in front of you that really light the fire and get me so focused – not that I wasn’t already but it’s shot to an even higher level.
