I assume you struggle with the macros because you use packets of microwaved so have to convert the rice from dry weight ? Or is it something else.

So last time the increases he made were 5g oil with my beef meal on rest days, and rice from 55g to 65g also on rest days. So 5g and 10g the same was made in the previous increase too. So that’s only around 130-140 calorie increase at a time.

Great session today at ultraflex Rotherham! Delts and triceps…. so I v nearly bitched out and didn’t use the Atlantis shoulder press as it nailed me last time and I fell short of my log book by a good few reps but today I thought fuck it !! Increase from 5plates and a 2.5kg to 5plates and a 5kg plate. – sounds stupid but I thought why not. If I fail I fail. Smashed 6 reps out!! Recorded it. They weren’t the best reps but definitely not the worst. My left arm seems to want to fly up in comparison to my right which is strange but anyway it got done so will continue to keep this movement in the plan.

Something that’s not too impactful like t4 at a low dose I guess is ok. But anything else. Clen isn’t something you want to be on a for a long time due to the heart complications that could arise. T3 staying on isn’t a good idea as when it comes to prep both t3 and clen will have to be increased and then where do you go with those ? They’ll end up being really high. A few times repeating this process doesn’t put u in a good position.

Sounds like you may have super tight quads which in a stretched position pull on the knee. Try and foam roll extensively or get some good deep tissue work on them and see if that helps.

It’s very common on a low carb diet mate. Is your veg intake high ? Try some benefiber that should help ease your stools

I personally wouldn’t drop protein, I’d lower carbs as there just isn’t the demand for them, depending on how far in to the diet you are I would up fats in the first 3-4 meals and have carbs in the last 1-2 that’s my personal preference.

I wouldn’t bother with lattes mate. Coke Zero or like James said a black coffee with some sweetener or stevia

Completely forgot to say. Check in day went really well. Jordan’s very happy and there are no pushes up in food and won’t be from now on. So we aim to squeeze a little more out of the next few weeks and then solidify !

Hey guys! It was a great back session today. Drove over to the giants gym in Ilkeston and like I said it was very good. Some Different movements and some same to what my sessions have been like so didn’t log just went with what Jamie did. Pretty straight forward load and back off with some isos.
