How are you measuring your heart rate ?
The machine really doesn’t matter tbh mate. Heart rate is key. Keeping it where it needs to be for the duration of the time you are performing it. Low intensity cardio shouldn’t take away from your weight sessions or fatigue you too much so pick what feels best providing hr is in range

My hair thins every cycle. It’s the dht drugs that do it. So if you really don’t want to lose any hair stay away from them. Otherwise all these measures the guys have said will help slightly but in my experience not much at all. The gear overpowers them. Luckily for me after a while being off or switched to other compounds it starts to come back but never as thick

When I first started out with Jordan it’s what I used to use. Budget dependant mate. If you can afford something better go for it.

apart from digestion and perhaps taste how else would you rate a protein powder? IF you suggest a ‘quality whey’ as opposed to a more bulk option like a myprotein or bulk powders or bodybuilding warehouse? Is there a genuine difference or very marginal? I get feed your body with the best etc but if you feel/see no difference.. is it really that impactful ?

I’d rate a protein powder on its percentage of protein – isolate. Not a blend. Need to be 80% at least.

Hey guys. Rest day today. Went for a coffee in town. Had a walk. Did a supermarket run for some essentials. Kept steps up and stayed busy. Not much else to report apart from its density day at ultraflex tomorrow. Training with a mate Leon Williams not sure if you guys know him from Instagram and Rhys.as usual. Really looking forward to it. Keep u all updated on how that goes tomorrow

I like your split bro. It looks good and covers all compounds. I would switch some reps though instead of 8-12 I’d go 5-7 and then keep the back off reps to 12-15. Aside from that it’s spot on bro.

If you feel it could ‘go’ or get really bad stay away from any lower back loading. If you know your body and it’s just tightness I wouldn’t stop hitting your rdls. I’d warm up stretch get some deep tissue work regularly and just manage it as best as I can. (Something I do a- lower back is tight a lot but doesn’t stop me loading)

Whenever you feel you want it. Mid cycle is good for sure to get rid of some blood and correct haematocrit. If you don’t want to give blood. Ip6 supplement is good for this also.

The way I did it was to understand the whole process and realise that this is the time that will show when its stage time and will set me apart from everyone else. Also this is a time we can be slightly relaxed. We can enjoy a couple of night outs a few meals here and there before prep starts and you switch to being a hermit again. Take advantage and embrace it. You know you can get shredded that’s easy. Gaining muscle is the hard part.
