Another big leg session in the bag today. Really really enjoying legs right now. Fully maxed out the leg press banded and connecting well with full range of motion.

Also took some pics today after being in the sun yesterday so I’m browner lol. I shaved and dropped 0.7kg over night. I expected that to happen as I said. Always lighter and tighter after a training day and fuller and looking better after a rest day. Jordan’s not worried about the weight drop and is happy with my start point to diet. So if he’s happy I’m happy.
Below photo left is yesterday. Right is today. But left is a lot earlier hence there’s less sunlight.

I agree with Clare but I’m also an advocate of being in a gym that caters to your needs. The adductor machine is a staple in my leg sessions and I would travel if needs be

Evening guys. So today we hit push / chest. Decided on a second rotation to the more machine based prs one. I have one element of prs here still but added a superset also.
Decline bench 1×6 1×15

Bicep curl preacher machine 2×12 1×20Today was also check in day weights up to 98.5kg after a rest day. I’m going to check in again tomorrow post training day and see how I look and weigh just for a comparison as I’m usually lighter. I’ll keep you posted how I look. Jordan’s happy and we’ve decided my cruise which begins 10th July will be 300 test 20mg proviron 20mcg tamoxifen. Until August 13th. Get bloods done and 12 week prep begins for November 2nd first show of the year.

Haha sorry mate but it’s your description. Try anal sapositries mate. They aren’t the nicest thing to use as you have to shove something up your bum but they give you pretty much instant release. Don’t dehydrate you or give you any issues at all.

Hey guys. Rest day today guys and very much needed again! Haha I say this every time I have one don’t I lol. Shows how much they are needed after these sessions. So I had work in the morning a deep tissue massage with some dry needling on my back traps and arms. They were all feeling super tight. Then this evening took my son boxing and decided to jump on the pads. Was a lot of fun and made me really want to get back into boxing. It’s in my insta story if u want to see my big stiff body hitting the pads. Haha. Wasn’t too bad tbf. Tomorrow’s chest day and I’m really looking forward to it !! Let’s smash out the rest of the week. Hope you guys have had a great week so far

Like jordan said. It’s up to the individual – don’t perform an exercise heavy that could cause you injury. It’s common sense really and applies to any exercise. If you feel you can load and lift safely go heavy

1) I’m a personal trainer and online coach
2) this is a tough one… I’ve trained with Dennis James that was intense but very different to how we train currently. I much prefer how we train so I think it would be Dorian Yates, our very own jordan peters and probably Kuba or james. These guys bring serious intensity !!
3) it would have to be 5% beef mince for taste and digestion!
4) I really feel I’ve wasted a lot of time just moving weights from a to b without connecting or feeling what’s actually doing what so more than likely that. I feel I’d be a lot bigger if I had it done that sooner as I am now.

Hey guys…. so today was density day and it’s again reconfirmed my thoughts that my training is starting to stick on certain movements. The rdl wasn’t great today although I improved last week. Front underhand pulldown isn’t getting any better if anything it’s worse. So I swapped a few exercises last minute and like I said will add a new density day to my rotation along with the other sessions. Hit the rdl for a set of 4 wasn’t happy and decided to do mid shin rack pulls for a back off set. We then did front underhand pull downs which weren’t great so swapped the chest supported t bar row as that’s also one that I feel is sticking so rather than be annoyed I swapped it for the prime extreme row then hit a cybex row and continued the trend of changing exercises in the hope of getting on with the moves for my next density session. Swapped pendulum for hacks and then kept leg press in but changed the rest pause to a load and back off. Then adductors. Then calves. So still not sure on the session but sure which exercises I’m swapping out just not 100% on what’s coming in place of them. Will keep u posted next session for sure.
