Rest day today guys and made it my mission to see a chiropractor or an osteopath. Managed to get an appointment with someone from a recommendation. But it was in Nuneaton. Anyway I took it. 5pm and a 45min drive. Worth it I thought. I need this sorting. So got there and the guy stinks if alcohol. Lol. No joke like he had just finished one. Anyway he got on with it and gave me some nice stretches after assessing me. He then did a few adjustments. They felt good. I think he’s eased it slightly but not fixed for sure. He didn’t really know why I was getting the issue and puts it down to right periformis. I’m not sure. I kind of agree but it could be anything. So will get more work on that next week Thursday but I don’t think i can wait that long so I’ll try and get in with someone Monday or Tuesday. Wish me luck guys. Check in was my weight is 98.1kg and I’m feeling soft. The cruise is defo kicking in and the hard compounds have definitely left. Jordan is happy so cant say much it’s like 10 days to go until prep. Can not wait!!!? Gotta get bloods done next week and we are good to go.

agreed with Clare.. It’s anxiously actice during the fasted time and likely to still have beneficial effects.. perhaps not as potent as when in conjunction with CV but never the less still of benefit i imagine
Would you say the same goes for clenbuterol too; taking it in a fasted state? Or doesn’t it really matter if you take it with meals since the half-life (and thus time active) is that long? [/quote]

Id rest Saturday after your power day. Scrap cardio and abs they can be tagged onto sessions and put in a training day. basically increase your frequency

I am currently having some serious back issues. I am still training but avoiding exercises that will aggravate it further. Train smart mate. Avoid the movements that cause pain until it gets better then try the movements again

Evening gang!!! Sooo update….. terrible night sleep last night!! Partly because of my back and partly because my daughter was up kicking off and in our bed !! So yeah… didn’t feel amazing today. Nevertheless we hit ultraflex for pull as the machines there are unrivalled and due to my lower back being so dodgy I need to hit hard sessions that won’t compromise that. Ended up getting a good session and using a seal row with a trap bar for my main loading exercise which felt great. The videos are on my story

I log all but often stop logging isolation work in cables as the step up in weight is usually too much on the smaller movements so just aim to perfect the exercise and improve the mind to muscle connection. I’m like Michael. My main focus are the big lifts.

Hey guys. Back is a little better today. I’m really hoping it gets a little better every day from now. I trained push today and kept it pretty much machine based. All hammer strength presses. Log booking is kind of out the window at the minute just because of my back. It does affect everything. Tomorrow is pull and I’ll be again keeping everything machine based and chest supported if possible. Definitely no hip hinging. Starting and ending each day with my core work and really hopeful this is going to help me a lot in the future.

As the guys have said. D3 is a staple all year round. Natural sun can never match the amount you get/need from supplementation for someone who lifts.
