Sounds a really horrible situation to be in bud. Are there any meals or food groups that seem to affect more than others? Have you been to your gp and explained ?

I thought I had pin pointed it to cruciferous veggies so I removed them but the relief was temporary and iv re introduced them in smaller servings as it’s no better with or without them. yes iv been to gp but took bloods and all negative. tbh it’s very depressing knowing that nearly every time I eat I know what’s coming soon after.[/quote]

That’s harsh. I wouldn’t bother if it might risk you losing your job. If you wanted to you could take some short esthers but then you’d need to know when the tests are to come off in time ? Unless u use something like test suspension which is in an out in around 24 hours I think. But it carries its dangers being water based a lot get Abscesses and it’s hard to get

I went to my local college and enrolled on a 2 day a week ymca level 2 and level 3 personal trainer course. It was for a full term time and it was very good. I’d highly recommend something like this over a 6 weeks intense course. I don’t see how you can really learn everything you need to in such a short time and is probably a reason why there are so many bad pts around

I’m the same mate. Especially with biceps. Don’t over think it, Doms don’t dictate whether a muscle is being worked and growing.

Hey guys. Rest day today. Really really felt tired all day. Yesterday kicked my ass big time. so went out for a haircut. Picked my son up his last day at school of his foundation year next year. So it’s a big day for us. Our boys growing up fast! Scary. lol. Apart from that I have tried to chill and lay down even had a nap so I’m ready for tomorrow. Family commitments in London which means moving order of food round as I’ll be training evening time. Which isn’t ideal. I don’t like training outside of my time which is anywhere between 11-2pm so that’ll be different but it is what it is. Hope everyone’s had a good day and enjoying the new videos on the site. The Phil Heath one is seriously motivating. What a guy. Urge u to watch if you haven’t already.

Sorry to hear this mate. I didn’t have any bad experience when I was using it myself. I used tb500 at the same time too but I was coming back from hernia surgery and not an injury

Polar are very good with the monitor that straps around the chest they’re the most accurate rather than ones that read from the wrist

Hey guys …. so I spoke to jordan and we agreed it’s best to get back to straight sets . 1 load 1 back off…. today was the last density session as we are now switching back to push pull rest legs rest repeat. So it’ll be a rest day tomorrow then chest focused push day. So push days won’t really change at all to be honest. Still one chest focused one shoulder focused. Think I’m going to go with racks for pull day for my hip hinge move just to eliminate glute issues I am getting intermittently… today being one of them… so leg sessions will have a squat variation but will continue with leg press as I’m progressing well with it now. Just might start with a squat variation as I’m getting very good at the leg press banded that there’s not much room for many more plates. Used a different pendulum today very hard and no counter balance and my knees in bits today which isn’t nice so will stay clear of that from now I think.
