    I had an issue while taking npp and tren. Never really got to the bottom of my Gyno as dropped npp and added aromasin then it went. So will add it again and see the outcome while taking aromasin when I start prep! Keep up with my log if your interested I start prep a week today !

    Potato’s are less carb dense than rice mate, I work with raw weights only. 65g rice and 300g potato is 50g carbs. 300g potato in volume is more than 65g.

    It definitely works as proved by many but I feel a lot don’t really divulge that they predominantly stick to the same meals for the majority anyway. I much prefer a meal plan. My body and digestive system knows what it likes. Knows what it can digest and process. I have no issues with eating the same meals day in day out too.

    Hey guys. Been a good day of training today! Jumped on the Atlantis shoulder press again but changed the grip form the front felt dominant to the one at the back. A lot harder lol. A plate down on what I do on the front handle. Any how. Was still awesome and got a crazy pump!

    Mentally preparing myself for prep on 13th so excited to get cracking.

    I agree with Michael I wouldn’t favour starting with close grip bench. You are essentially taxing a muscle you will need to aid in other pressing exercises in the workout

    Thanks for all the answers ,but if i eat post workout 60 carbs from oats i will see lower result than 60 carbs of cereal?

    Your recovery process will be slower than eating it from cereal

    Hey guys. Rest day today after a killer leg session yesterday. Doms are something else! Smashed my quads to bits. So today I went to the 2bros events qualifier in Crawley – amazing standard !! Not huge numbers but very very good standard. Men’s physique was obviously my main focus. Had my posing client compete – he won his class. And a few guys from the amateur o last year. One guy that beat me too. So some good guys. But I left feeling kind of confident. Not over confident. But I know I’ll challenge and hold my own. Sometimes you can’t see what others see and I’m guilty of that a lot. I don’t always have mounds of self belief. Anyway as every show does. It’s lit a fire in my belly and I cannot wait! 8 days and the work starts. I saw Ian one of the 2bros owners and he had nothing but positive things to say about my physique and what he expects of me. So that was nice too. Obviously words mean nothing and everyone can talk but these little confidence boosts out of nowhere go a long way with me. So it’s push day tomorrow and I’m filming weds for the site with rich which is meant to be a rest day so not sure what I’ll do and what we’ll train so need to have that conversation. Hope everyone’s had a good weekend guys
