How bad is the meal ? I don’t think you need to change anything the day after unless you’ve really gone for it with a huge binge.

I think you’ll be back to it quickly if your meticulous about ticking boxes. Food. Sleep. Training. Anabolics if your using them.

I don’t think an 18-24 hour fast on a rest day will cause you to lose muscle tissue there are many factors to consider though. Are you assisted ? Are you in a deficit ? But generally one a week I don’t think will impact tissue but will benefit digestion massively.

Hey guys rest day today after a big leg session and then being on my feet all day at a family event I have been shattered all day. Napping and just eating. Literally walked to the shop and that is it. After a drive back from London that is ! Looking forward to my first proper pull session tomorrow and start with racks !!

I’d back off and get sensitive again. Too much body fat and non partitioned and absorbed nutrients will also affect training. Need to be getting stronger while increasing food along side that.

Big leg session this morning !! Tried a squat machine. Which felt great but I let my ego get a hold of me and loaded too heavy and didn’t drop as low as I would have liked. Backed off with pauses in the hole which felt awesome.
Ham curl 1×6 1×12 1×15
Squat machine 1×6 2nd set 2 second pause in the hole 1×12
Leg press 1×12 with a pause in the hole. 1×20
Leg extension 3×12
Glute bridge 3×12
Adductors 2×8 1×12

So guys the late push chest focused session was a good one!!! Really happy as it had me worried. Beat my previous session in weight and reps so really happy. Hit a different gym so no lateral machine and no dip machine but subbed for similar moves and felt great connections and pump!
