    Tough today today guys. 10k Steps all done and 45 mins stairmaster before I broke my fast. That was difficult. The steps was not too bad. Had a little break in between my walk. And was fine after but the 45 I was dying last 10 mins I wasn’t sure I’d make it haha. Got home and started the refeed so all is well and good now. Definitely my tightest and best look so far of this diet today on my check in. Still so much to get off but the looks getting better every week so we keep rinsing and repeating as what we are doing it working so I’m looking forward to a strong week from tomorrow refuelled and refreshed. Push day tomorrow let’s go !

    As Meg says. Keep fluid very high. Stay active and just stay on plan and you’ll be fine with whatever water you gain moving off in a day or two max.

    Long days fasting are starting to get to me with sleep being affected massively and digestion compromised having to stay awake until 3am and more just to eat after training. But … 9-10 days left so just gotta grit my teeth and get on with it.

    Thankfully training is going well. Taking small wins here and there. Feel big and in control so that’s nice.

    Pull day was decent today. Rdls in 2 days after legs so matched last week which I will take. Back to normal after tomorrows rest and refeed. Then we go Monday push and I’m looking for improvements. Defo tighter this week too so progress is coming on both fronts now that’s motivating so we keep working

    Push session tonight wasn’t bad but god my shoulder is off. My chest is off. My right side fails on the last rep before failure but my left drives pretty strong which really throws me off and makes me end up budging my body to one side to get the right side up because the left flies up first so there’s defo some work that needs to be done on that. Feeling better about body comp this week considering I’ve got no body weight to go off visually and feel wise I feel like I’m tighter and getting more muscular so it’s a nice feeling. Looking forward to after Ramadan to see how my body is under a more normal routine.

    Leg day was brutal for a first session back. Even worse I’ve picked up a cold and feel pretty shit. My nose just won’t stop bloody running and sneezing. Anyway went hard tonight. Legs got smashed. Heavy hack, heavy hip press were the main movements today and really did ruin my quads.

    I saw the last cycle update was 300 test 1000mast I think. You mention some lypolotics, what’s that looking like?

    What’s your diet setup currently?

    If you have the time to provide a current state update it’d be appreciated!

    Lypotics are 40mcg clen, 10mg yohimbine, 400mg l carnitine, 25 t3, 100 t4

    I haven’t actually measured my food though brother so I can’t tell you that and I prefer to leave it that way tbh lol. I can write out the meals if you like

    Hey guys so another rest day today and the last one to make sure I can slot back in to training and set rest days without doing anything stupid like 4 days straight training when I’m tired and fasting and dieting. So it’s decided between me and cal today. Rest. Then legs tomorrow, push and pull Friday, Saturday and rest Sunday then back into regular routine Monday again. Looking forward to getting back to training although I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the time off and I defo feel tighter too so that’s a bonus.

    Another rest day today I decided on. I thought just stick to the rest I felt tired. Sluggish waking up. Headache all day. Didn’t feel how I thought I would so thought it’s best to just rest. Maintained my routine with work and steps then chill and in for cardio. Not looking to deep into how I feel today just think it was sleep wasn’t great and I had to wake up a bit earlier than I have been due to having an in person Pt session. So my predicament now is training tomorrow should be legs then a rest day after but I can’t do that after 3 days off. So will maybe just go legs push pull rest Saturday or do a one off 4 days consecutive. Legs push pull delts and arms. We will see.

    Rest day today felt good and needed. Boxed everything off easily today. Felt full of energy from yesterdays high day and off plan but this is where you have to be wise enough not to fall for that energy and just go and train. Because I know I’m not out the fatigue hole yet due to falling asleep randomly on the sofa earlier that literally never ever happens either. So will go tomorrow and assess the situation again and go from there. Told cal how I’m feeling and he said ye let’s have a look tomorrow so will autoregulate and go from there

    For sure mate but it’s one week of no movement. The visuals may be improved but just not the scales yet. They may drop this week later in the week.
